服務很好，選擇沒電梯的房型在入住也會有員工協助提行李（check out要自己搬）。小缺點是因共振導致門偶爾會有震動，會誤以為有人在開門鎖，另外一樓是餐廳，所以晚上11點之前會比較吵。除此之外一切都很不錯，推薦！

Hotel centrally located close to st mark’s square; 15 - 20 min walk to key sites in Venice. Room a bit small, but nice with private bath and bed large enough for two. Had complimentary breakfast provided - well appointed to get the day started.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much! The location is great! Only few minutes away to St. Marco square, lots of dining options near by. The hotel even offered breakfast and afternoon tea for free! I will definitely go back when I visit Venice again.

Hotel Montecarlo was in an awesome location. Close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is a short walk away from the water bus which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. They also helped us bring our bags up to the room. The rooms were dated, but very clean and had everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very moldy. You can see black mold on the wallpapers throughout the room. The dark carpet also had many stains. The bathroom ceiling had mold. I couldn't stop sneezing. The location was central and convenient. Very busy area but in one of the narrower street. The front desk was not friendly but not all that helpful with guides. The included breakfast was ok. I would not stay at this motel again.

While we enjoyed our stay, it was very noisy at night. The air-conditioning was not operational at this time of year. So we had to try to sleep with open windows. 11:00pm our room got extremely noisy with something slamming and banging. Had to close the windows then it got hot and stuffy

La sección que nos tocó no tiene elevador y las escaleras son angostas y elevadas no recomiendo esa sección asegurarse mejor de la parte con elevador, a la tina de hidromasaje se le descompuso el tapón y no pudo usar, la ubicación es muy buena ya que está a unos pasos de la plaza san Marcos.
