昔の王室のような可愛い作りが気に入って予約しました。ホテル前の道は比較的開けていて外観も可愛らしかったのが決め手でした。チェックインタイムより１時間ほど早く着きましたがお部屋に入れてくれました。ただ、予想以上にお部屋が狭かったことと、エアコンが設備としてあると記載があったものの使えませんでした。エアコンについて聞くと「not yet」と言われたので、夏までまだ使えないという意味だったのかも知れませんが、暑過ぎて夜通ししっかり窓を開けて寝ました。窓を開ければ涼しくなりますが、蚊が来るのか、電気式の蚊取り線香を貸してくれて着けていたので虫の被害もありませんでした。サンマルコ寺院とリアトル橋からも近くていいのですが、ホテルまでの道で、暗い細い道を1、2回通ります。ベネチアなので、それは避けて通れないかもしれません。 とにかくおとぎ話の世界のようなホテルで可愛かったです。

This hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff were helpful and kind, the entire hotel was immaculately clean, the breakfast was delicious. The location was simply perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!

2 people for 2 nights. The location was perfect - 5 min walking from all the highlights, however it felt quite and private. The pastry shop across the street had nice coffee and delicious traditional desserts. Very local place. The room and the dining area were super clean - 10! The breakfast buffet had great variety and was tasty. - We had booked a deluxe room and it felt smaller than the photos. The room was dark - needed the lights on even in the morning. I am not a fan, but most of the hotels in Venice have this interior style -too crowded for me. Minimum effort from staff. I would expect more from a 4* hotel. Overall enjoyable stay! 8/10

Un 4 stelle da 2, camera da subito carina ma poi ti accorgi dei dettagli...prese che si staccano dal muro, nessuna presa x il caricabatteria del cell, bagno con soffione tt pieno di calcare che spruzzava acqua ovuque, rubinetto lungo centrale che nel lavandino che ti tocca metterti di lato per usarlo....personale educato e gentile, posizione ottima.

Une semaine de rêve à Venise au Santa Marina
Nous sommes partis à Venise 8 jours, dans cette ville que nous adorons, nous nous y rendons régulièrement. Le Santa Marina que nous connaissons très bien nous a une nouvelle fois, plu énormément. Que du positif sur tous les aspects et, en particulier, les petits déjeuners extraordinaires en diversité salés et sucrés outre du prosecco offert, la classe. Le personnel est charmant, diligent. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr.

Super hyggeligt hotel med rigtig god service
Super hyggeligt hotel i et godt og centralt område med rigtig god og personlig service. Alle i receptionen taler engelsk. Er nærmest den italienske version af Fawlty Towers - på den gode måde :-) Kan klart anbefales til både romantiske ophold samt for familier. Vær opmærksom på at der overfor hotellet ligger en af de bedste - ikke turist fælde - restauranter ved navn L’Osteria di Santa Marina fra Michelin guiden (husk at booke i god tid). Stayed. Here for 3 days and two nights with my family. We fell in love with the hotel and planing to come back again next summer on a long vacation. Historic property close from piazza San Marco and Riolto bridge. The layout of the hotel is kind of odd due to its historic nature. Staff was wonderful. Lots of fun.
