Firstly the staff was refused to give me the room that I had booked. The staff was rude and difficult to reason with. In the end they made me get a more expensive room. The rooms were very dirty and things like the shower did not work.

No a great check in experience and misleading add.
The room was very basic, and wasn't particularly clean, the advert is a bit misleading as the 24 hours front seat is not real as we arrive at 5 pm on a Friday and have to wait for 1 hour until the owner decide to come back to the hotel, when he came back and completed the check in the room wasn't ready he them proceed to change the sheets and do a quick clean of the room with another person, the room inside was disappointing and not very clean, the housekeeping was non existent as noone came to clean the room on the 4 days that we stayed there, and it looks like our check in issue is recurrent as another gu as experience the same issue when he was trying to check in and knock on our door that was on the ground floor near the reception. Also no fitness centre, garden, room service or housekeeping. Not that I was expecting any of that for the price paid but if it doesn't have it shouldn't be advertised or if any of those services were available nobody mention or show that to us.

Sistemazione essenziale comodo per la stazione.
La stanza denominata Room Mestre comprende 2 letti matrimoniali, un lettino, TV, bagno privato., 4 finestre.. Il tutto essenziale, minimalista - nessun set di cortesia in bagno) ma per il rapporto qualità prezzo è andato tutto ok considerando anche il parcheggio gratuito e la vicinanza alla stazione. Lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti. Unico neo... alcuni disturbi notturni provenienti dal vicino parco pu blico. Ismael alla reception molto gentile. Ci tornerò.

EE carefull.if it is shared bathroom.or not
I booked a room with private toilet however on the hotel.the manager refused ro give me a room with private hotel because my reservation does not unclude this option.I called hotel.com support they confirmed that my reservation was with private toilet not a shared one but the manager of the hotel.insisted to add 30 euro in order to give me the room.I reserved. Then no wifi at all and when.I asked to connect he gave me access to another close hotel where it was not covered on my room no daily cleaning there is no change of towels no cleaning products except hand sanitizer on the entrance . I payed the extra 30 euro and hotel.com hotline told me to csll again ro check if it is possible to get a refund.

Coperte con macchie di colore rossastro,ecidentemente lavate ma non è bello vedere comunque macchie che non vanno via. Nessuna ricevuta ne tantomeno mi è stata data la ricevuta per i 2€ chiesti per la Tassa di Soggiorno. Poco costoso ma per gli schiamazzi notturni dalla stanza affianco non ne vale la pena risparmiare per non dormire.

Disappointment
The hotel is old. The rooms were not really clean, with killed dried insects on the walls. However towels and bed linen was good. No lift, you have to drag your suitcases upstairs yourself. It was noisy in the hotel itself and also outside starting from early morning, because the construction of nearest building is going on. We had to sleep with open windows and switched fan the whole night because it was unbearably hot in the room however it did not help much. There is no air-condition. Also there are two rooms with shower and toilet that are common to all the hotel guests. So you can expect queues especially in the morning. There was no private bathroom (information on booking platform was misleading). Overall disappointment, but perhaps the price/value for region with such a proximity to Venice is ok.

Nice and central hotel in Venice. But the kitchen wasn't satisfying, a mikro wave and kettle, plus dishes, glasses (wasn't able to cook). But at MEGA plus was the washing machine! And the receptionist was very funny and welcoming.

L'accueil du personnel est bon, sans aucun soucis. Par contre, nous sommes arrivés début juillet avec une température extérieure de 33°c et 90% d'humidité le jour, et entre 25 et 27°c et autant d'humidité la nuit. La chambre était suffisament spacieuse pour 4 pour le temps qu'on y a passé, le seul hic était l'absence de climatisation dans la chambre, à la place 2 ventilateurs !!! Nous avons passé les nuits à dégouliner de sueur. Pour les toilettes et la douche, il y avait 2 salles d'eau, toutes les 2 étaient équipées d'une douche et d'un WC dans la même pièce. Oubliez le petit-déjeuner, il n'y en a pas, seul un micro onde, un frigo et des couverts sont mis à la disposition des clients. Bref, vous en aurez pour votre argent. Bon choix malgré tout, pour les petits budgets.

The host and kitchen were nice. The communal bathroom was quite small, it could’ve used improvement in terms of maintenance. The room was nice. The location was very shady. Overall, a cheap stay but not recommended if you’re with kids.

The person managing the property was really helpful, the rooms were in a decent condition. The location is perfect for travelling around, with a lot of restaurants close by. However, the force of the water in the taps of shower and sink was really really bad and found it a bit cold in the room.

Das Hotel ist für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Die Betten war in Ordnung, Bad war auch okay. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, was uns nicht so sehr gestört hat. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut um einen Kurztrip nach Venedig zu machen. Zum Bahnhof rüber auf die Insel läuft man 5 min.

2 chambres réservées pour 8 personnes (1 pour 3 adultes et 1 pour 2adultes + 3enfants). Pas de WC ou point d'eau dans les chambres. Aucune insonorisation. Vitre sans rideau au-dessus de l'une des portes laissant entrer de la lumière durant toute la nuit . Dans la "chambre" (cagibis) pour 3 adultes, lits de camp grinçants. Confort ne valant même pas une chambre de type formule1.. Le descriptif donné par le site est complétement mensonger. Le monsieur de la réception n'est en aucun cas responsable de l'état de "l'hôtel" dont il s'occupe; il était au contraire bien désolé pour nous. Un lit a dû être ajouté dans la chambre prévue pour 5 personnes. Parking inexistant (places dans la rue payantes). En résumé, une belle grosse arnaque au niveau des tarifs. Le seul point positif, la proximité avec la gare ferroviaire..

Pokoj z lazienka na parterze, okna wychodza na parking. Balismy sie zostawic okno otwarte na noc. W pokoju duszno i goraco mimo ze pobyt 21-24.09.2018. Ale byl wiatrak. Do wspolnego uzytku kuchnia z lodowka, wyposazeniem i mikrofala. Generalnie, bardzo dobry stosunek jakosci do ceny.

Non è un albergo
È semplicemente una casa condivisa con altre persone quindi quest'uomo non dice la verità, Il riscaldamento funzionava a malapena e il wifi prende solo nella reception. Inoltre appena arrivati in hotel non abbiamo trovato nessuno ci è toccato aspettare finché non è arrivato il proprietario della casa e abbiamo dovuto aggiungere 6€ oltre al totale da pagare che veniva richiesto dopo aver fatto la prenotazione. Non consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio a chi ha intenzione di andare in hotel perché questo non si avvicina nemmeno lontanamente a un hotel.

Well i can't do a proper review on this particular hotel as when we arrived at the hotel we were taken to a completely different hotel by the manager but the hotel we were put in was pleasant enough. Nice and close to transport links to Venice.

Ho prenotato in questo "hotel" per due notti con il mio ragazzo e metto le virgolette perché non è un hotel ma un motel per come si presenta. Una terribile esperienza e vi sconsiglio caldamente di prenotare in questo posto perché è anti igienico...la camera puzzava le lenzuola le coperte puzzavano il bagno si vedeva che non era pulito conferma avuta dalla presenza di scarafaggi e durante la notte siamo stati pizzicati dalle cimici da letto...altra conferma della sporcizia che regnava sovrana...alle 5 del mattino abbiamo chiamato il proprietario e lui si è scusato portandoci da un suo amico che ha una struttura lì vicino...sicuramente più pulito ma non rispecchiava i canoni della mia prenotazione camera tripla e bagno privato...mentre qui abbiamo avuto una doppia e il bagno in comune.

Good hotel but RUDE STAFF.
THe hotel is ok . But they dont even allow to keep baggage for even one hour. Near to veniece as it takes 1.5 euro only by bus.

Very bad. This is not hotel and this is low grade lodge not suitable for families. Room was not clean and they did not keep clean towels also. Bathroom was smelly and not clean. Really we fed up with that hotel customer service. Hotel receptionist didn't give receipt for City tax nearly 12.6 euros. We highly disappointed and irritated during our stay in this hotel. He has charged 180 euros for one night but this is not at all worth for 20 Euros. He has refused to keep our luggage after checkout. So We paid separately 28 Euros for luggage. Highly cheating. Don't suggest to anyone.

Terrible place
This place is worst than any hotel, get ready for mosquitos bites and appalling wifi connection. All this topped with a broken toilet and a dirty area. Never again!

Fanns ingen AC, bara en ynka golvfläkt som inte gjorde någon nytta, endast ett eluttag funkade, wi-fit funkade enbart i det gemensamma badrummet och ibland i korridoren fast det var utlovat att funka i vårat rum också, kan ej rekommendera, inte ens för att enbart ha någonstans att sova.
