靜中帶旺讓人感到舒適
本來將入住另一酒店, 但因意外未能入住, 在旅途中即場訂房, 想不到經驗不俗! 酒店細心的指導前往酒店的路綫, 十分清晰, 即使首次前往威尼斯也沒有半點阻礙! 酒店雖位於較遠離遊客區的位置, 但因威尼斯不大, 步行不到數分鐘便能找到食肆, 景點的商店!

Super agréable avec son jaccuzzi et pratique de part sa localité. Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner trop industriel pas de spécialité local.

Clean but quite small room.Great choice of continental breakfast options.Good location-walkable to Rialto and St Marks square. Difficult access to room up 2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage. No elevator but has chair lift which can be used to bring up luggage. However after 2 pm the hotel staff are not on premises so no instructions how to use chairlift! Also beware if coming from St. Lucia rail station you need to cross multiple bridges with steps which is near impossible with heavy luggage so best to catch water taxi, around 60 Euros!

Apartment stay with family
There was a problem at the hotel so we were contacted a couple of days before and advised that we could be accommodated in the apartment instead. This was slightly less convenient for us as it is as further from the train station and therefore more difficult to get luggage there and away. Nevertheless, it was a lovely apartment and we could walk over so we could have breakfast each day at the hotel. Staff at the hotel lovely. Apartment was lovely.

Decent stay
The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard but nothing special. If you have a lot of luggage it can be difficult to get to your room.

The hotel was nice, very clean, and comfortable. Located 5 minutes from Rialto bridge, a nice and easy walk to the popular sites and good restaurants. My only critique is that there are no screens on the windows and there are some mosquitoes in the area, so close your windows at night. I would stay here again.

Une très belle surprise, la chambre double avec bain à remous. Belle hauteur de plafond peint, grande chambre hotel bien situé avec petit balcon. Petit déjeuner sur le balcon au-dessus du canal. Located within easy reach of tourist sites and restaurants. The hotel was easy to find walking from Sam Stae ferry terminal. The hotel was located in a small square with a bar and some small shops. We upgraded our room and stayed in Class which is the red room. It was clean but not deluxe by any shape or form. Due to industrial action we lost 2 nights of our stay. We asked about a refund for the unused nights but nothing was forthcoming. Not even willing to negotiate on the upgrade charge. Venice and hotel were ok but wouldn’t return

Hôtel très bien situé pas loin du Rialto, personnel agréable et parlant français. Par contre, nous avons eu la petite chambre au RDC donnant juste sur la porte d'entrée et sur l'extérieur, donc très bruyant. En ayant réservé plus de 8 mois à l'avance, on pourrait nous donner une chambre bien située.

Nice, small hotel in the heart of Venice! Verry nice for a romantic jearny like me and my girlfriend had! Good breakfast and really good service. Our room was good and clean but the bed was quite small (I’m 1.90 meters).

Lovely and charming boutique hotel
My wife and I only stayed the one night here but it was a lovely, charming and comfortable stay at the hotel which was situated in an ideal place near the ponte di rialto, santa maria church etc. Fabulous host who checked us in early(i'm so sorry but i couldn't remember your name!), air conditioned room, fridge, mini bar, tea & coffee facilities, great breakfast (in a fantastic looking dining room)with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend to others and we'll look forward to coming back soon for a longer stay. Thank you

Il servizio alla reception è stato sublime. La gentilissima Veronica ci ha guidato nella visita a Venezia con consigli utilissimi ed aneddoti. Super disponibile e super competente, la ringraziamo di cuore. L'hotel chiudeva x manutenzioni il giorno dopo..probabilmente x questo nella ns camera la super doccia con luci suoni ecc era tutta da collegare..la doccia di per se funzionava ma non tutto il resto. La camera mirror era piccolina e molto diversa dalle foto di questo sito..nella descrizione della camera c'era "camera con vasca o doccia". Sappiatelo, le classic hanno solo la doccia mentre le deluxe sono quelle meravigliose riportate nelle foto. Verificate sul sito dell'hotel che è più veritiero. Colazione buona e ricca. Speriamo che hotel.com corregga la descrizione delle camere per non indurre in inganno altri visitatori..per il resto consigliamo le camere deluxe dell'hotel

Hotellage gut!
Leider war das Hotel nicht so wie es auf den Fotos gezeigt wurde! Zimmer wurde während unserem Aufenthalt nicht richtig sauber gemacht! War sehr schade!! Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und bemüht! Lage war super!!

Fin beliggenhed - uacceptabelt hotel.....
Fantastisk by, men et rigtigt "skod-værelse" med udsigt til en elevator og ingen dagslys. Værelset var nusset og håndvasken stoppet. Receptionisten sad og sov bag skranken og talte meget dårligt engelsk. Faktisk en ret dårlig oplevelse.
