地方老舊，但還算乾淨整齊。共用浴室很快就沒熱水，而且水量有點弱了。用餐的地方很溫馨，除了不能煮東西，其他都還算齊全，旁邊也有交誼廳，有電視，遊戲，沒有價錢的投幣飲料機器，還有一個舊鋼琴。附近走個幾分鐘就有BILLA超市。晚上從火車站方向走回來有點暗，而且超過12點半就不能進出。我睡的是三人房，正好床就在洗水台的旁邊，所以當有人使用時，我很容易被濺到。

比較近火車站，不用推行李長距離，而且可能大房較少人book,所以佢自動upgrade了我們去三人房:)

地點很好，十分靠近火車站
我在上午11點時抵達，check-in時間是下午一點，可先將行李放在luggage room（開放的長廊），這裡有大廳可休息，免去大熱天在外奔走等待check-in的窘境。 整體設備較舊，但清潔度不錯。我住的房間有三扇窗戶，通風採光不錯且可看到水道，但會聽到街上人聲，房間沒有可上鎖的置物櫃，個人物品保管比較無安全感。 Hostel所在地靠近車站，這點非常理想，不必帶著行李走遍威尼斯大街小巷（威尼斯橋與階梯之多，對拖行李的人來說簡直是噩夢） Check-out後仍可寄放行李，這點對搭晚班車的人來說也非常體貼。

Value for money comparatively
The room didn’t have private w.c. and bathroom. But overall the beds were comfortable and clean. The windows didn’t have net, so if left open there were a lot of mosquitoes. There was a breakfast room which could be used by guests. The staff were friendly and location was accessible to main bus station, Rialto and some other important places by foot in less than 10 min

Hôtel bien situé, proche entrée de Venise avec gare et bus et parking voitures, et proche centre. Personnel sympathique. Rooftop avec vue sur la ville. Cuisine à disposition. Mais chambre très basique, lits ne paraissant pas solides, sol de la chambre et des salles de bains salent. Hôtel bruyant entre les portes qui claquent et le rooftop à côté de notre chambre.

I have limited qualms with the locations or venue itself, but the idea that we cannot return post-0030, pre-0700 each night is absolutely absurd. Put a code on the door. With all of the shows and opportunities Venice presents, requiring people to come back to their apartment at some time is archaic. The sun doesn’t set until 10PM in the summer.

Hi,Thank you for your feedback. The time schedule is indicated on our description on Expedia for the guests to make an informed decision whether to book or not. Our guess is that, if you booked, you were OK with it, so it surprises us to see your complain when you were the one who decided to come to us, accepting the conditions that were stated beforehand. Venice is a residential city, so most of the restaurants and bars closes very soon. It is not a night-life city as Ibiza or other locations can be. Our guests usually choose our place knowing they will enjoy the city during the day, and in the night they want to rest. Actually, and to be precise, the sun sets at h.21 in this period, and it is at its peak. It is possible that you forgot to adjust your time zone. We hope next time you decide to visit Venice, you will choose a place more suitable to your needs!

The room service and the keys
We where very happy with the hospitality, but not with room service we stayed 4 nights and not once the room was cleaned. Also we would suggest that for the room keys to be more protected. For example we just said the room number and without any questions they just handed the keys to us and for that reason we didn’t leave anything with value in the room we didn’t feel safe, it would be better for the receptionist who gives the keys to verify with id card or any other verification that is your room.

Really nice place, super close to the bus station which was helpful. Check-in was very easy, elevator was broken when I was there but normally there is one. Terrace was the best part, though, nice view over Venice, great place to have breakfast, a little cooler than the rooms which were fine but didn't have AC. Would definitely stay again!

Noise from the road.
Big windows are great but due to the noise from vehicles passing by below and the road being copperstones, it was very nosiy hence my roommates closed the windows and it can be bad as there are 6 of us in the room ! Location is good.

It was the cheapest hotel I found in Venice. They lock the doors from midnight to 7:00 am. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at the airport after midnight, we called and the receptionist said she wouldn’t open the door until 7:00 am so we had to sleep at the airport because all the hotels were sold out For 2 days it was ok but more than that it would be bad. The location is good , close to the station and walking distance to attractions. There is no ac so it was uncomfortable to sleep and the beds were not good.

可もなく不可もなくの宿。バスルームはきれいでした。キッチンは少し手狭でした。スタッフはフレンドリーでよくしていただけました。 駅から最短ルートを通ろうとすると裏路地のような道を使うので夜は歩くのをためらいました。少し遠回りすれば人通りのある道もあります。夜は静かに過ごせました。夜間は出入りができなくなる点は注意です。

Ao chegarmos ao hotel depois de uma viahem cansativa, ainda tivemos de fazer a cama que nao estava feita. O quarto podia estar melhor limpo, tendo algumas migalhas no chão. Hotel com uma boa localização e atendimento simpático, preço-qualidade bastante razoável.

Terrasse panoramique au dernier étage, qui fait de cette pension à 5 min de la gare, un endroit exceptionnel ! Personnel très agréable . Dommage que cette pension soir réservée aux filles qui vivent à Venise , du 15 septembre au 15 juillet car c'est vraiment un endroit très bien pour visiter Venise . Ce n'est pas un hôtel classique !

The hostel is located in the central, walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The room was clean, big enough and the bed was comfortable. It was quite hot in the room but they had a fan so it was all good. The bathrooms are quite old and definitely need some renovation but they were clean. If you have big luggages like I did and coming from the train station, go across Constitution Bridge, at least the steps are not as high as the Scalzi Bridge IMO

Comfortable hotel in a nice area
The hotel is a 20 mins walk away from St Marks Square, and is close to restaurants, cafes and a pharmacy. It is in a relatively quiet area so the noise level from outside is low at night. However, they have an old school elevator so the noise from the banging of the elevator doors is very loud, which made it difficult for me to sleep at night. They have a fan in each room so heat isn’t an issue at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were kept in good, clean conditions
