不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
All the people we interacted with were very kind and helpful in getting to the apartment.
Check in was easy and quick. Due to the quickness, we did not see how unclean the place was until we settled in after dinner.
We left after the first night due to extreme uncleanliness and biohazards (blood on floor). We would have left earlier if we didn’t get in late. Here are some of the examples:
- Large particles/dirt on the floor which forced us to wear shoes inside.
•Two significant blood spots on the bedroom floor, a major biohazard and health concern.
•Hair was present in the bedsheets and on the bathroom windowsill.
•Dead mosquitoes on the bedroom walls. Also, many alive mosquitos in the apartment - we did not have doors open. All of us had a lot of bites upon waking up. The patio was unusable due to the amount of mosquitos.
•Spiderwebs are visible in most corners of the rooms. Doesn’t look swept properly.
•The couch pillows have white and black foreign substances on them. Bed cover also had substance on it.
•A large amount of dust present throughout the entire place, including toilet paper covers, tables, outlets, A/C unit.
•Our baby experienced respiratory issues shortly after settling in and throughout the night.
Overall, this place had not been cleaned in a long time. Missing lightbulbs caused it to be very dark. Host offered to clean, but this place needs much more than that. No refund offered by the host. I have photos but this site doesn’t let me post them.
