very close to river bus stop
but that's complicated to check in the apartment, the reception was far away from the apartment itself and really hard to find, and the key had to be collected in the reception before heading to the place.

Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice.

Al momento della ricerca della suddetta struttura sul motore di ricerca. Ho visualizzato specificatemene che ci fosse il bagno privato( dato che, come sappiamo, a Venezia non è scontato) al momento della scelta della stanza mi hanno indirizzato in degli appartamenti legati alla struttura alberghiera, ma non era ben messo in chiaro che lì il bagno era in condivisione. Per cui, vorrei aver rimborsato l’importo dovuto, dato che non era mio desiderio lavarmi e farmi la doccia in un bagno in comune. Con tutto il rispetto, non era un nostro desiderio e non ci siamo trovati a nostro agio.

The property was listed as an Apartment but it can hardly be classified as one. Secondly, the check in is at another Hotel which was inconvenient as the property was further away from it. The apartment was located in an alley and was noisy till late in the night. It was not worth the price at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Venice apartments! It was lovely to be able to stay in such a central part of Venice with so many restaurants nearby, but not too central to the point where it was super crowded. We loved being able to use AC as well as to have our own kitchen. Communication at the front desk was great, and we were able to get some lovely recommendations from the nice man at the front desk.

Had to collect keys from another hotel The worst part of this apartment was the mosquitoes so many of them hiding and between 5 of us nearly 100 bites Invest in a ultra violet light or something….. The shower was mouldy and very poor

Posizione spettacolare per visitare Venezia. Fermata del vaporetto a due passi. Ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Appartamento confortevole, non del tutto silenzioso ma tutto sopportabile! Se tornassi a Venezia ci tornerei sicuramente!

This was a disappointment. First of all, check-in and location of apts. aren’t at same place. You have to walk 10 mins to check in and then come back to property. They gave us an attic room which took 9 flights of stairs, extremely exhausting after having walked 10 mins with luggage. Our luggage hardly fit in room and since it’s an attic you have to either squat or sit to fix luggage. My son is 5’11 and he felt like a giant. Towels are like bed sheets but this might be a Venice thing.

Dear Customerthe apartment she reserved was an attic and certainly cannot be on the ground floor given the height, however her reservation is a one-room studio apartment not a large apartment which, among the customer's choices, can be booked if a customer wants be more comfortable and have more space.The check-in was her mistake and she went directly to the apartments where it was specified that it had to be done at our main hotel therefore it was not our fault but, as we repeat, her mistake.Next time we advise you to book a larger apartment and above all on the lowest floor (it was enough to ask at reception) without giving such an inappropriate rating to our structure due to the problem of stairs and space.Cordial greetingsVenice Apartments

We were allowed to check in by 1pm. The apartment was in 4th floor with no lift, Going to fourth floor with kids and luggage was a nightmare. Will not book the flat gain.

Dear Customerthe apartment you booked was an attic and certainly can't be on the ground floor given its height, however your reservation is a studio flat, not a large apartment which, among the customer's choices, can be booked if a customer wants to stay longer comfortable and have more space our fault but again, her fault.Next time we advise you to book a larger apartment and above all on the lowest floor (just ask at reception) without giving such an inappropriate evaluation to our structure due to the problem of stairs and space.Best regardsVenice apartments

BED BUGS and Misleading Description!
This hotel has very misleading photos of the actual room. The chances you'll receive something very different from what you booked are high. The hotel is in a great location, sure it's pretty close to a few bars so noise can be a factor at night, especially during the weekends but that's not a big deal for me. The room however gave us a sofa bed which was not what I expected. So the bed turned out to be terrible to sleep on. The towels they gave are more like table cloths which were very strange but the worst part of my stay was BED BUGS! Unfortunately, the hotel is not very clean, and they do not do daily housekeeping besides changing your towels and clearing your trash. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else. Stay at your own peril!

Bad experience in venice
Terrible stay. The worst I've had so far. I got to the hotel only to be told that my booking had been cancelled, although the booking was still showing as active on my membership account. I called the website and they told me it was an issue i should take up directly with the hotel because i was paying the hotel directly. In short i think that there was either a miscarriage if responsibility, or that the hotel decided to give my room to someone else without communicating with me. They then took on the role of trying to help me with my dilemma by selling me 5he only room they had left. And eight bedroom apartment, that was more expensive than i was planning for. The room was in a basement, noisy without good ventilation. I felt used and humiliated and it ruined my vacation.

AS MENTIONED UPON ARRIVAL, YOUR RESERVATION WAS CANCELED BY HOTELS.COM AND NOT BY US AS WE HAD NO REASON TO DO SO SINCE WE HAD NOT YET VERIFIED THE VALIDITY OF YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH THE PRE-AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE FOR THE FIRST NIGHT, THE RESERVATION WAS CANCELED ONE MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL ON (24/06/2022) AND AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN WE SHOW EVERYTHING BOTH FROM THE COMPUTER AND FROM THE PAPERWORK THAT THE RESERVATION WAS CANCELED ON 26/05 / 2022 WITHOUT HIDING ANYTHING. LIKE ALL HOTELS AROUND THE WORLD AND WE ARE NO EXCEPTION WHEN A CANCELLATION ARRIVES, THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CANCELED ROOM OR APARTMENT REOPENS AND THEN AUTOMATICALLY RE-BOOKED IT, OBVIOUSLY WE CANNOT KEEP THE CANCELLATION AS A VALID RESERVATION EVEN IF IT IS BEEN CANCELED AND THIS APPLIES TO THE WHOLE WORLD, ALSO BECAUSE THE RESERVATION HAD BEEN CANCELED FOR A MONTH. THE BOOKING WAS WITH HOTELS.COM THAT PASSED THROUGH EXPEDIA, AND AS YOU REPORTED YOU HAD CHANGED THE BOOKING FROM 2 NIGHTS TO 3 AND AS WE HAD SHOW WE HAD NOT RECEIVED THE CHANGES OF THE DAYS BUT ONLY THE CANCELLATION. OBVIOUSLY WE CAME UP AGAINST YOU AS HOTELS.COM AND EXPEDIA DIDN’T DO WANT TO RE-PROTECT YOU OR HELP YOU BUT SETTLE THE MATTER DIRECTLY WITH US. AS WE HAD PROPOSED YOU COULD HAVE BEEN A GUEST WITH US BECAUSE WE ONLY HAD THE APARTMENT FOR EIGHT PEOPLE FREE OR WE COULD HELP YOU IN FINDING ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY, YOU ACCEPTED THE FIRST CHOICE WARNING YOU THAT THE APARTMENT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND ACCEPTED ANYWAY. Das Bett war viel zu weich. Ich kann mich nur mit Rückenschmerzen beklagen. TV mit Fernbedienung aber ohne Batterie. Die Duschtücher waren eher Küchentücher. Das Zimmer ist leider auch nicht annähernd das Bild entsprechend.

We did like the location of the place, yet you have to walk around ten mins to get to the actual apartment from the lobby, since they are two separate buildings. The apartment had no hot water, the bed was damaged and the mattress was down to the floor with no support and clearly old. The service was mediocre and the receptionist was really dismissive and rude.

Worst accomodation in the world. Please do not stay here. Avoid this at all cost, you are better off sleeping in the streets. It is old, dirty, small, there are bedbugs everywhere, no bathroom! I am very serious when I say this was the WORST experience ever.

Terrible!
The room was in an attic with no air conditioning. The directions were terrible & so was the location. The whole experience was probably the worst I’ve ever had. The guy in charge wasn’t helpful at all. Very hard to find. The bathroom was horrible. Hardly slept because their was something making a noise. I could go on & on!!!!

Split reservations
We were very lucky because our apartment was on the ground floor. Small apartment but comfortable. These apartments are reserved in another hotel before going to your apartment.
