Experience Gulf views on the penthouse level with a walk-out enclosed lanai providing 180-degree views of white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters, the famous Venice jetty, Intercostal highway, Bird Island, Snake Island, and Roberts Bay. The beautiful Venice beach is just minutes below and the sunsets are spectacular and unique every night. Walking distance to the Jetty, Restaurants, Yacht Club, Freedom Boat Club, Venice Youth Boating & Sailing, bike & kayak rentals, and much more. This 1 bedroom includes a King Suite with ensuite, an ingenious cabinet bed with an exceptionally comfortable queen mattress. Large lush leather sofa with three electric reclining seats. Beach Views from every window. High-speed wireless internet, smart TVs, and digital cable are provided in the living room and both suites. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are provided. This is a one of a kind unit.

This condo is beautiful with outstanding views of the ocean, waterways and bays. Loved watching the surf boarders. Joey was a great host and had a ton of goodies for us upon arrival. Perfect location. Just a quick walk to the Crow’s Nest!

Florida Getaway

This property was very nice. The location was great for walking and the restaurants in Venice are awesome. The pool wasn't working at the time we were there but we are beach people anyway. The views from the lania included the gulf, intercoastal and the bay which was great to watch all the boats. Unit faces the north, I believe, so there isn't any sunshine that comes into the unit. We still enjoyed our stay very much.

Venice with a View!

Ideal location - right on the beach! Amazing views. Walked and biked everywhere - beach, town center, local sites. Perfect for two people. Owner was very responsive and made sure we had a smooth transition to Venice. Loved our stay there. Would highly recommend.

Clean and convenient

What a special unit with beautiful 7th floor views of the beach, jetties and intercoastal. Everything was great-pool, beach, elevators, furnishings, equipped kitchen. Close to town, restaurants and groceries. Joey was easy to work with and prompt in answering our questions. Great stay!

Excellent accommodations, owner very helpful whenever we had questions. Short steps to beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. First time to this part of Florida and pleasantly surprised. Beautiful area.

Enjoyable!

Really enjoyed our stay at San Marco. The views were fanomical, best on the islandl!! Joey & Heather are super people and were available whenever we needed anything. They went out of their way to accommodate including a great welcome basket/beach bag.
