Good location, good mattress.
It is close to the train station, and the water bus station m, very convenient. Just we caught the Carnival of Venice, the room is pretty expensive. There is little flood on the show tub, but manageable.

這酒店就在火車站旁, 對出就是碼頭, 交通非常便利 入口在火車站旁一條小巷行入去 晚上有點靜, 但都算安全 附近有超市, 走入遊客區也很近 有電梯, 早餐很讚, 而且會安排不同時段 所住的房間小一點, 很勉強開到兩隻大行李箱 (有需要可考慮BOOK間大少少的房) 熱水供應不太穩定, 若在繁忙時間 可能沖沖下無熱水 (服務員話等多陣會有...) 整體而言仍非常不錯

預定了兩間雙人房，卻在Checkin 時告知其中一間在別的地方，在我們堅決不更改的情況下，還是給我們不同樓層的房間，這個小插曲讓我們一開始就有不舒服的住宿經驗，除此之外，整體環境是ok的，早餐也蠻好的，但是不會考慮下次入住了

This is a lovely place which is close to the train station and you don’t have to walk a long way with your luggage. We have our room at fourth floor, and was exhausted after carrying three luggages into our room.

Unfortunately is difficult to have permission for an elevator in historical buildings in Venice and if we are full we need to use also the higher floors. We are working on to have it for the end of January 2020. That’s why it’s not on our services on the websites. We really hope to have you again as our guest. Best regards.

Dear, first of all thank you for your reservation in our hotel. We are sorry if you didn't like your stay. Unfortunately we had a problem with the hot water (something that can happen) and we were full. That's why we had to wait the next day to move you to another room. The colleagues did their best to solve the problem as soon as they can and we are sorry if this wasn't enough for you. Best regards.

The hotel is older and has a distinct bad smell. The smell is so strong that it woke me up in the middle of the night. You will notice the minute you step into the room. The bathroom is pretty small. Besides the cons, the staff is very friendly, it's in a great location, and they keep the rooms and lobby clean.

So close to the train station - great if you are dealing with luggage. Staff was excellent - bilingual and helpful. Stairs were a bit steep- but there is an elevator!

The hotel was a bit difficult to find as it was located in a small corridor down from the Grand Canal. It is conveniently located near the train station and a water taxi stop. The staff was nice and very accommodating. The breakfast was included and offered something for everyone.

The hotel is situated in one of a quiet ally of VENICE a walking distance from The train station which is convenient for traveller with a big/multiple baggage. You can also leave your baggage before/after your check in while waiting for your ride is a plus of the hotel. Breakfast is decent and well prepared. All in all we had a good experience with our stay

The hotel room was very nice and clean. It is not the most easily accessible as even after the elevator there are some steps which can add a bit of difficulty when traveling with suitcases. The location to the train station makes the hotel very convenient for travel. The breakfast was delicious.

The property was nice but our sink was leaking, the shower was leaking out on the floor. Our shower also didn’t drain and when we contacted the hotel front desk about it we were told “they’ll get to it when they get to it.” Yeah that sounds amazing. Other than that the room was clean, that’s about it

The hotel room was remodeled, clean and large. Staff was very friendly and changed the breakfast schedule for us so our trip plan wasn't affected. Breakfast was great. The hotel is close to the train station and parks.

Loved our stay here, it was an easy walk from the train station and very convenient to access restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel in perfect location for a 2 night stay. Rooms were clean and had enough storage for the duration of our stay. We were able to leave our luggage on our last day and collect before our bus back to the airport. Staff were all lovely and welcoming even when checking in late or night. Great stay with spacious rooms. Only issue we had during our stay was the air con not working in the room however leaving the windows open let enough air flow into the room.
