    Please treat the home with the utmost respect, as if it were your own. Please note that in Venice, the use of heating is permitted only from October 15 to April 15 of each year; after that date, it will not be possible to turn it on.

    1. Check-in: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

    For late check-in, the following surcharges apply:
    - €35 from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
    - €50 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
    After 12:00 AM, check-in cannot be guaranteed.

    2. Contact before arrival: We kindly ask that you contact us at least 30 minutes before your arrival at the apartment. This will allow us to be ready to welcome you and hand you the keys.

    3. Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. If you wish to check out later, this is possible only upon request and subject to availability.

    4. Tourist tax: The tourist tax is €4 per night for adults and €2 per night for children between the ages of 10 and 16 (not yet 16). Children under 10 are exempt. The tax must be paid upon arrival.
