Short stay review.

Longer than we expected from the station. Breakfast was a bit sparse if you don't like cake in the morning. The receptionist when we arrived in the evening was absolutely lovely though.

They don’t have a shuttle or accept Amex!

I had booked here so we would have easy access to our trip to Monaco for the F1 Race, but found it really was not the best location, even though it had been recommended. I had tried to book with my Amex card, but they sent me a note telling me they did not accept that credit card even though it is on their brochure. Most importantly- The hotel website and brochure both stated they had a shuttle service to the train station, which we found out was false. This is one reason I booked with them, so we’d have easy access to the train station, and now we were stuck! Our room was clean and had everything we needed, but the location was not the best cause it was about a mile from city center and train station. Thought it would be nice to be near the water, but Unfortunately they were also working on the beach with construction, so not easily accessible. The hotel breakfast was only sweets and caffe/juice and cost extra $$, which I thought was too much considering the price of the room was not cheap. The worst part of our stay was how difficult it was to get a taxi back to the train station & it was too far for us to walk with our luggage. Big thanks to our desk clerk “Chantelle”, who had to call the taxi service for us several times to even get them to come pick us up. Then once we did get a ride of 1 Mile the driver charged us double what it cost when we had our initial ride f

Il fiore all'occhiello dell'hotel Provenza è l'accoglienza di Chantal, bravissima receptionist che col sorriso e la competenza risolve eventuali problemi. L'hotel è datato, però noi siamo stati molto bene. Al nostro arrivo la camera non era ancora pronta e allora ci avevano messo in una camera davvero piccola, ma fatto presente il disguido Chantal ha provveduto subito a cambiarci camera. Che dire? GRAZIE!!!

Buona posizione, non distante dal mare. E' davanti ad un Mac Donald's, la sera ritrovo di giovanotti (e non) con autoradio a tutto volume ed altro.. La stanza era arredata con mobili molto vecchi, letto rumoroso, materasso a molle di pessima qualità, gradino alto per salire in bagno, mezzo rotolo di carta igienica e basta, due bustine di detergente e basta, box doccia rotto con guarnizioni nere di muffa, scarico otturato, nessun porta sapone per posare uno shampoo, sanitari vecchi, phon rotto. Fatto presente alla reception, non sono stati in grado di trovare un phon di conforto, abbiamo dovuto tenerci i capelli bagnati in giorni di pioggia e vento a dicembre. Frigo bar con due bottigliette d'acqua, zanzare in camera, colazione discutibile a pagamento, parcheggio a pagamento. Check in tassativo alle 15, ci siamo presentati alle 14,40 e ci hanno cacciati, come se in 20 minuti cambiasse il mondo. Per una sola notte e solo in casi di emergenza: gli affitta camere senza stelle sono molto meglio.

Stannade en natt på väg vidare i Italien. Vi anlände då receptionen stängt men fick hjälp att checka in över telefon. På rummet stod ett icke fungerande kylskåp och väsnades. Ok för en natt men inte mer. Betala inte för frukost, det är inte värt pengarna.

Good for a Budget Hotel

Everything was good for a budget hotel. If you use iPhone you need to login to the wifi a different way. Location is good. 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minutes or so to the train. They provide a shuttle if you request one. Staff is very friendly

Eenvoudig, maar doeltreffend hotel. Voor nette prijs zit je in het mooie Ventimiglia. Helaas geen parkeermogelijkheden, maar in de straat kun je gratis parkeren.
