「Communication was clear and easy. The inside of the home was clean, every appliance we needed and more… perfect for a large family gathering with two spacious living rooms. However, the decking was of huge concern with a large gaping hole on the back deck and lifted and rotting decking at the entrance. 「Borough Cottage is an exceptionally comfortable family home. We loved everything about it including the very generous breakfast hamper, the comfy couches and cosy warm bed. 「Overall the place is well located, has all the space and amenities we need and presents well. Unfortunately a few things let the property down. There's a musty smell that we tracked to a never-cleaned air-conditioner filter, which we cleaned ourselves during our last stay in October, somewhat improving the issue.
