「Wir hatten einen wundervolle,unkomplizierte Zeit in Beram, im Ferienhaus von Matteo. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas von ihm brauchte, sogar Holz für das all abendliche Feuer wurde geliefert. Das Haus mit dem umliegenden Areal bietet Platz und genügend Wohnraum. Sehr nett war das Gastgeschenk im Kühlschrank in Form von Wein und Käse. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub!」

「Wir waren rundherum zufrieden mit dem Haus und unserem Aufenthalt. Durch die Lage in einem kleinen Weiler und den direkt ans Grundstück grenzenden Wald und Wiese ist es sehr ruhig, keinerlei Straßenlärm, man schaut ins Grüne, und man hat im Garten seine Privatsphäre; dort findet man auch einen gut eingerichteten überdachten Außenbereich - den wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit (Winter) natürlich nur begrenzt nutzen konnten. 「Sehr nette, gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Tolles Haus mit Pool, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und viel Platz. Vor allem den BBQ haben wir oft genutzt. Super fanden wir die überdachte Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen und Badetage am Strand.」

「Das Haus liegt traumhaft ruhig ohne Nachbarn. Sehr ruhig und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist toll. Die Vermieterin ist auch wirklich super freundlich und herzlich. Es gab einige Gastgeschenke. Sehr liebevoll … Danke Eda.. 5 Sterne plus. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Anreise zu dem Haus. Diese ist nicht beschriftet und führt nur über einen schlechten und auch sehr steilen Feldweg, der auch noch ausgewaschen ist. Die Ausstattung in dem Haus ist super. Alles da was man braucht. 「We spent 12 nights at the Villa Vita and had a great time. Walter is a great host and the property as well as the house is kept in excellent shape. Especially our baby enjoyed the company of the goats (fenced in) as well as the cats and dogs on the property. We also loved the spacious terrace with plenty of space for our baby to crawl. The Villa is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable.」

「Wir verbrachten 12 sehr schöne Urlaubstage in diesem wunderschönen und ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Die Eigentümer wohnen gleich hinter dem Ferienhaus, sind sehr freundlich und gaben uns gute Hinweise für die Umgebung. Im Kühlschrank standen Getränke und es gab sogar zum Geburtstag unseres Freundes ein Geschenk. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei den Eigentümern für den schönen Urlaub.」

「My wife and I travel often and we have never received a more warm and hospitable welcome than from Neva and her husband. The house is amazing, built in the 1500’s and nicely updated. The location is convenient to explore the area and in a small cute town high on a hill. We made new friends during our visit and it was one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend if you are looking for a central home base for a few days and would like to meet some wonderful people.」

「Wir waren zum Wandern in Istrien. Für den Süden von Istrien bietet das Haus einen guten Ausgangspunkt. Die Strände von Rabac sind nicht weit entfernt. Ein Defekt im Sanitärbereich wurde schnell und unkompliziert repariert. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiter empfehlen.」

「Wir waren sehr zufrieden von Anfang bis Ende. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber in der ganzen Zeit unseres Aufenhaltes. Wir hatten unser Motorrad mitgebracht welches wir unter dem Carport von Ihm abstellen durften. Auch hat er bei einer kleinen Reparatur am Bike geholfen. So wie die Anzeige gfeschrieben wurde, wurde auch alles bereit gestellt, Bootsfahrt, Fahrräder etc.... Auch sehr viele Tipps für Restaurants oder Sehnswürdigkeiten hatte er uns per Whats App zukommen lassen. Wir hatten unsere ruhe...
