Mitarbeiter (Rezeption) haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, bei jedem Problem sehr Hilfsbereit/Hilfsreich. Grundstück der Campinganlage sehr schön. Strand fabelhaft, bis auf, dass es keine Sonnenschirme oder schattige Plätze gibt. Das nervigste überhaupt sind die Mosquitos, die uns bestimmt am Tag/Nacht 15 mal gestochen haben. Ich würde dem Campingplatz vorschlagen UV Insektenfallen vor jedem Eingang der Bungalows aufzuhängen, um die Gäste vor diesen Insekten zu schützen. Die Stiche tun unnormal Weh, juckt Tagelang und man hat überall am Körper blaue/angeschwollene flecken (kein Witz/keine Übertreibung). An sich war das ein tolles Erlebnis und ich empfehle es gerne weiter.

Die Airlodge wurde fehlerhaft mit Klimaanlage angeboten, es gab aber nur Ventilatoren. Der Fehler lag nicht am Betreiber. Es wurde uns sofort eine Alternative angeboten, zwar erst in einem Mobilheim auf einem Schwestercampingplatz, aber in der Nähe. Das Personal spricht hervorragend deutsch und ist super bemüht zu helfen und Wünsche zu erfüllen. Der Platz ist super sauber. Die sanitären Anlagen top. Warum der Platz nur 3 Sterne hat, haben wir nicht verstanden. Dafür jedenfalls von uns 4! Leider haben wir nur ein Mobilheim Classic bekommen können, der Platz war ausgebucht, nächstes Mal, und wir kommen gerne wieder, nehmen wir ein Deluxe. Wir durften uns das ansehen und den Aufpreis zahlen wir gern. Geht aber nur direkt und ist sowieso dann auch günstiger. Zu Anfang war wenig Wasser im See, dafür gab es eine tolle Sandbank, die nach 3 Regentagen wieder verschwunden war. Dafür war der Sandstrand wieder nutzbar. Angeschwemmte Äste usw. wurden gleich wieder beseitigt, man war da sehr bemüht, alles wieder in Ordnung zu bringen. Die Lage ist top, tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in alle Richtungen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen mit Kinder und Jugendliche. Nur schade das die Wi-Fi Verbindung meistens unterbricht. Ansonsten ist das Camping in Top Zustand.

Leider war Matratze verschmutzt... hatte Flecken. Toilette hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Trotz mehrmaligem spülen schaffte sie es nicht das Toilettenpapier abzuziehen.. Daher mussten wir immer auf die Gemeinschaftstoilette nach vorne zu den "normalen" Campern laufen. Personal freundlich,besonders der nette Mann von der Bar. Zauberte immer ein super Frühstück und abends super Mojitos für uns.

ns verblijf in de mini lodge lake view op camping Conca d'Oro is ons wat tegengevallen voor wat betreft de ruimte. Er is binnen totaal geen mogelijkheid om te kunnen zitten om bijv. TV te kijken om iets te schrijven. Dit kwam bij ons duidelijk naar voren omdat we het niet troffen met het weer: regelmatig regen. Kwalijker vind ik echter dat de prijs die wij via Hotels.com betaalden echt niet goedkoper blijkt te zijn dan de camping zelfs berekent. Volgens hun gegevens kost deze accommodatie bij 3 dagen of meer in de ze periode € 73.26 rekenen. Daarbij opgeteld de kosten voor schoonmaak en de huur van beddengoed en handdoeken komt het dan op € 350.84, terwijl ik aan jullie € 356.00 betaalde. Kunnen jullie me uitleggen wat het voordeel van jullie service voor mij nu is, wat ik word hier echt niet blij van.

Toller Campingplatz zum Entspannen

Ein sehr schöner, direkt am Lago Maggiore gelegener kleiner Campingplatz.Schon der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Personal sehr nett, obwohl es schon auf das Ende der Saison zu ging.Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Unser gemietetes Mobilhome war top in Ordnung. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Entspannungsurlaub.

Although my daughter was sick for the two days we stayed, the campsite is clean, quiet, and a restful place to spend some time. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again. The staff at reception were superb - helping us with a converter to charge our phones and information on getting medical care for my daughter. Thanks to everyone there.

Long Weekend break.

Stayed in a Mobile home/Bungalow. Could do with a little up-dating in places, e.g. Pillows need changing and some extra cooking utensils needed, otherwise all was very good value. Very popular with Campers, tents and campervans alike. Know the area very well and had a pleasant stay. Private beach area wonderful for relaxing. Shop and Restaurant on site with good selection if you don't want to go shopping. Nearby town Verbania has a local market on Saturdays well worth a visit.
