「The property is slightly deceiving from outside because it was originally a 1930s motor court style motel . The rooms have been completely renovated and they are extremely attractive.Parking is within 30 seconds of the room . Not to discourage anybody from visiting Cottonwood,but it was 105° when we were there and the air conditioning had absolutely no problem keeping the room at 73°」

「Stef and Michelle have done a tremendous job with this property. They are so kind and helpful. I even saw them help another couple with their flat tire! You can’t expect anything more. My wife loves Pepper and Cinnamon (their goats). The decor makes you feel at home. The sunset view from your room will be stunning. If you stay there to see Sedona, I also recommend seeing old town Cottonwood and Jerome.」

「It is a nice little place, I donated a spacula as there was not one. Outside lite was burned out and the lite switch at the head of the bed did not turn off the lite. Had to unscrew the lite bulb. Well kept grounds. Internet was not good and for the price per day, was not free either.」
