The 160m2 house is located on the edge of the garrigue in a 1200m2 enclosed garden.
Magnificent private swimming pool without any opposite, with a small bubbling pool and a bench seat for moments of relaxation.
You will benefit from a large shaded terrace adjoining the kitchen.
Inside: a ground floor with 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, 1 living and dining area and a laundry room.
a floor allowing complete independence for children or friends, with 2 bedrooms adjoining the solarium, a bathroom and a toilet.
VERGEZE commune of 5000 inhabitants, benefits from all the conveniences: trade, medical center, course of health, sports complex.

Excellent séjour
Excellent séjour, accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, villa conforme a la description et très bien équipée. Piscine très propre. Bonsoir conseils des propriétaires pour des visites. Seul regret....7 jours sont insuffisants pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons vivement

Magnifique séjour à Vergèze
Séjour magnifique en famille à Vergèze dans très belle maison bien aménagée et équipée. Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires, discrets et toujours à disposition si besoin. Nous avons adoré la proximité avec la nature, la splendide piscine et le calme.

Merveilleuse maison
Un séjour de rêve dans cette belle propriété: Cadre, équipement, décoration, avec le plus pour les enfants: les poules et les tortues. Philippe est un hôte particulièrement attentionné et réactif. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation et avec plaisir dans cette belle demeure.
