“I had an awesome stay at Dino's place, conveniently located in Hollywood Hills area. It was around 45 minutes from the airport, but only 10 minutes away from major attractions in Hollywood. “I booked this property last minute when I found my apartment wouldn't be ready for move in. The price was right in my budget. The comunication was A 1!! Friendly, prompt, clear and accurate! I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay..the apartment has everything you need. Full size washer and dryer. Huge soaking tub, large bathroom and the bed is so comfortable, the pillows were amazing!! “Stayed at this location to be close to Universal Studios and a few other destinations around LA. Was surprised to see that it’s close/walkable to Thai town, where we enjoyed several good meals. The apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with the property manager was good for check-in and check-out. We did have an issue with the garage fob not working during our stay and it was remedied with a new opener when we reached out.”

“I’ll try to make a long story short. I had numerous communications with the host prior to our reservation and multiple exchanges with host during our 7 hour drive to LA. Upon arrival we got to the door of the unit and the host said he would send someone to let us in. A few minutes later the host sent a text saying there was a water leak and the unit was not available. We informed the employees in the office at building and they sent the maintenance staff because they were concerned about a leak……
