Total scam, place was atrocious and did not look as advertised.
We were given a meet up place to pick up the key with instructions and time. When we arrived (on time) no one was there to meet us. We waited an hour plus on the agency women to arrive to help with check in. After we received the keys we drove to the property and we were disgusted by what we saw. We opened the door to find an entire ant colony in the front hall into the door. The floor was covered in dirt and completely unswept. There were full trash bags sitting in the back yard. The mattresses were disgusting, completely stained with no bed sheets. Showers did not have curtain. There was no electricity. The washer was shoved behind the fridge with no way to access it. I reached out Vicky (the lady who gave me the key) to tell her about the electricity problem and she hung up on me. She ended up saying she would call the electrician and they would be there in 20 mins. We waited an hour and decided this place was not a safe space for us to stay. We felt our lives with in jeopardy. Not even sure the last time someone stayed in here as it smelled of musk and mold and looked totally vacant. There is no way we could stay here with elderly and a child with us. This place was NOT safe for anyone. I tried to request a full refund as we did not stay because of the conditions and I was unable to get a hold of anyone. I have tried multiple times to reach out to owners and the agent who gave me the keys and I am being completely ignored. VRBO PLESE HELP! Remove this listing immediately.
