Red Lion Vernon hotels

"The bath linens were not cleaned properly and also there was no tissue or even an ironing board available in the room, No Ice was available. The service was not good for the price of the hotel. I was not comfortable and was not happy with the hotel accommodations. The stay was not good for me. "

"yes we did love the breakfast ad the front desk staff was very helpful. The room was ok but beds were to soft for us and the TV did not work:("

"Parking is easy and convenient. Attached via an elevator. The room was clean. Lots of options for food in the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and offered us cookies on check in and check out. "

"The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms spacious. However, there was no open breakfast, as advertised, just a grab and go bag with sugar laden snacks and a bottle of water. Good coffee was also available, but only during breakfast. The toilet was very low and difficult to rise and sit. There was evidence of some mold and rist around the trim in the bathroom and the tub was stained yellow. Not enough towels or toiletries for a double queen room. The woman on night shift was very helpful and tried to accommodate for the lack of breakfast choices, but in the end could not. If your expectations are simple, the place is adequate, but if your are looking for creature comforts, go somewhere else. Also, it seems that someone tried to brak into out car during the night."

"The bathroom could have been a little cleaner in the shower/tub corners. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was okay, I wish there was two choices of meat instead of two styles of sausages. Airport shuttle was third company agent but was fine."

"I appreciate this location very much, and the guy gave me a break on the deposit. If you like airplanes, you wil ve thrilled because they flyover very close! I recommend the pizza 🍕 next door at Doro's Marketplace or bowl at Spare Time."

"Good facility, needs remodeling and upgrade, but clean and staffed well. The hotel is directly off the highway, and walking distance to 4 or 5 good restaurants, so a very convenient stop for a traveler to Hartford or surrounding suburbs."

"The hotel is undergoing some much needed renovations with workers moving carts of debris through the halls. Also there is noise while they’re working which is annoying."
