The location of this property was excellent. Only a 4 minute walk to the Arena, 2 minutes to Juliettes balcony and minutes from plenty of shopping and dining.
There is a small elevator, which doesn't hold more than 2 people and 2 suitcases. No big deal, as it's great that it even exists.
Lighting is a bit of an issue in the hallways; the light switch was not clearly marked (or we are blind?), but once we figured out where it was, it was helpful.
We opted for 2 rooms with a shared bath. Assuming we would be the only ones with access to the bathroom that says it is shared between 2 rooms was a bad assumption; anyone and everyone had access to the bathroom, even though they had their own bathrooms. That was quite frustrating and the wording should certainly be addressed.
The rooms themselves were spacious with large furnishings and mirrors. The beds were not comfortable. One of the rooms had a bed so uncomfortable that we could barely sleep. It felt like the bottom 9 inches of the mattress was completely solid, while the middle of the mattress felt like there was a bar going through it. This seemed more like a sofa bed mattress than a bed mattress. The other room wasn't quite as uncomfortable, but was not great.
Probably the worst part is that someone smoked out on the balcony and the smell came through the vents into the rooms. The smell was so strong that we had to close the vents and open the windows to air it out.
