Clean. Large air conditioned space. The kitchnette could have more utensils (dishwashing soap, cleaning rag, for example) but overall well equipped. Oh, the shower head pressure is not great. Very nice people!

Top floor studio was newly renovated and had 2 terraces. Room was very clean and spacious. Comfy bed and pillows not too hard. We picked this aparthotel because of the free parking which was great, although we only used the car to get there and carry on our trip. We walked into Verona to go to opera at the arena. Very helpful map and instructions from the excellent staff at reception. Very handy Aldi nearby.

On par with a motel 6. The first staff I met was great! He was extremely welcoming and helpful and seemed to know how to make the process super smooth, and excited to share about the beautiful city. When we finally checked into our room it was a different story. Funky mystery smell. Hard to use the locks. Bathroom had significant mold in many places, towel was discolored. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. AC was inconsistent, and had to go ask for the internet access. Oh…and the bathroom door wouldn’t even latch or stay closed! However, they did technically have all the pieces that the listing says…so? Wouldn’t really recommend unless you’re looking for something super budget. We were gone after one night

Appartement super, alles sehr sauber, ruhig. Gross genug für 4 Personen, 1-2 Tage. Klimaanlage perfekt, bei 36 ° C lebensnotwendig. Bett sehr gut, neue Matratzen mit memoryfoam. Rezeption 24 std.

A 20 min.

Allerdings gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Ok stay

The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again.

A depressing and downtrodden establishment

I find it hard to believe that this thoroughly outdated and profoundly depressing property has such a high overall rating on this website. The apartment we were allocated was nothing like the pictures. Without exaggeration everything looked like it was from the 70s. We didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay. We reported this to two different staff members who couldn’t have been less interested in this. Rather, our reporting of the issue seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. Poor location in a not particularly nice part of town. Inconvenient access to the old town. Very overpriced for what it is; it’s clearly capitalising on Verona not being equipped for the amount of tourism it attracts. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your time in Verona!
