nice hotel
A very spacious room with fine decoration, situated just outside the gate to the palace. Staff are very nice and helpful. But no free wifi in room.

Marvelous and unforgettable

be a princess choice
It is very close to the versaille palace. Nice location great facility but maje sure that u take the deluxe room instead because the standard rooms are in the new building that is no point to stay in a palace if u r in the new wing. The gordan ramsay restaurant is closed on sunday and monday, if u r a fan, try to avoid these two days.

Great place to stay. The area is safe for walking and the locals are friendly and welcoming. I went to a local bar and sang karaoke with the locals and had a blast. I would highly recommend staying here.

Time to sell
Insects in the room. Humid with terrible temperature control. Place is very very run down and in need of investment. TV and phone didn’t work properly. Room was loud despite asking for a quiet room with banging in service areas until midnight. Poor pillows. Carpet has seen better days. No service at bar in evening and very few staff around.

The leisure facilities are outdated, not very clean and overall more like what you’d get in an old council run leisure centre. Very strange to see in such an amazing hotel. The room was lovely But at dinner we found a large insect in the food (which in fairness when they saw they didn’t charge us for that meal) Expected better

BE careful with this hotel
BE CAREFUL with this hotel. It was biggest trap of a whole life of staying in hotel. Evrywhere there is photo of a beautiful palace and i have paid expensive price by thinking will be sleeping in palace but infact they take you to sleep in what i guess used to be the servant building and they tell we mentioned annexe building. Which is the feeling of biggest trap of life. On top i had a cockroach on the checking counter if i can upload the photo.
