「This was everything we wanted and more in a honeymoon. The cabin was cozy, clean, and romantic. We wanted somewhere secluded with limited cell service (the WiFi was excellent but we switched our phones off). We were able to enjoy ourselves and our time with limited distractions. We can’t wait to return! 」

「The house is just as wonderful as others have said, and the hosts were super responsive by text without intruding in the least — we met Deidre only once & by chance, as it were. 「We loved our stay and will definitely be back!! Eric was a great host who is passionate about his property and it shows. From building the perfect fire for you that will light with one flick of your lighter to all the cute accommodations he’s built by himself with lots of little details in mind from lots of cut wood for your fire to having WiFi available. The treehouse was right on the river and we could hear the river babbling below us as we slept!! This is a great getaway that’s a step above...

「Big place all by yourself in the woods. Plenty of room to sleep. The couch beds are the foldable leather kinds and it was surprisingly comfortable. I had no problem sleeping. Nice waterfall hike nearby. Cute little town with old architecture. But we mostly hung around the house and played the basketball or wiffle ball in the yard. Plenty of space. 」

「The cabin was quaint and perfect for what we were looking for. We were close to town, but felt way more isolated. The cabin was off grid, but had running water and electricity. We were comfortable and very happy with our stay. It was beautiful and wildlife was abundant. The hosts were attentive, but not intrusive. We will definitely be back.」

「We had such a great time at this rental. It was in a perfect location, had everything you'd need and fit the bill for a relaxing family weekend on a lake. The hosts were super responsive, flexible, and easy to deal with. 」

「Nice place overall and a very convenient location. Property was very clean and well equipped for a weekend stay of 4-5 people. The village of Quechee is very cute. Only thing to be aware of is the spiral stairs which could be tricky for people with limited mobility.」
