The ground floor also features a shower and a separate toilet. The upper level comprises three bedrooms: one room with a double bed and access to a balcony, and two rooms each with two beds and access to a balcony. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on the upper floor. The entire property boasts parquet floors and is heated with oil.
