"This is a relatively clean and decent hotel in its price range. One of the reasons why we booked this hotel was the sauna which turned out to be closed when we arrived. This was disappointing."

"We reached Medi Otel around 6 am on Nov.18 they charged us 39$ for early check in. Room was untidy Ac and Wi-Fi was not working. Our reservation was till Nov 20 but we checked out in the evening of same day. I need refund of that reservation. Thanking you"
