"Loved my stay from beginning to end.
The property uses self check-in, which was great because I arrived at an odd time. It went very smoothly. The instructions they sent were very detailed.
My room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
Breakfast was quick, convenient, and tasty. The outdoor seating area was lovely.
I can’t say enough good things about the property. "
"Wonderful apartment in Catania, walking distance to the centre. Very clean and everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great communication and coordinated a driver (additional cost) from the airport who we used again to take us back. "
"The host was a very nice man, incredibly welcoming and helpful. You get this sense that you're well taken care of. Definitely deserves 5stars. If you are a light sleeper you should be travelling with earplugs; motorbikes in the night could get a little noisy. I'm sure that's an issue everywhere if you are closer to a roadway."
"Classic small European hotel very close to the Bellini park and main shopping street. Great location to explore the city. Helpful and friendly staff. "

"Great hotel to spend few days in Catania. Centrally located, walkable with dining and shopping all over. Parking is valet for $25.00 per day. Unfortunately the amenities were not opened during our stay. "
"English: I met most of the staff during my stay, but it was Roberta and Martina who went above and beyond! They called taxis for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and made our stay incredibly relaxing. They always took the time to make a personal connection with us. What a great representation of the beautiful people of Sicily! I highly recommend Smart Hotel.
