This spacious, fully-equipped, air-conditioned 63 m² villa is ideal for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, whatever the season. It has a bright living room, perfect for relaxing, and a fully equipped kitchen to cater for all your needs.
At night, there are two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, providing a comfortable and soothing place to rest.
Outside, you can enjoy a large 17 m² wooden terrace, shaded for moments of outdoor relaxation, as well as a private garden, directly open onto the central heart of the Marina Lodge residence, embellished with charming wooden walkways.
For refreshing moments, the residence's communal swimming pool is at your disposal, accessible to all Marina Lodge residents and open from 1 June to 30 September. The perfect setting for a relaxing, comfortable and friendly holiday.

The flat has 2 private parking spaces at the entrance to the residence, closed by an electric gate.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 100 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
