The bathroom, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate, offering added convenience.
The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms, each fitted with a 140 × 190 cm double bed, as well as a welcoming mezzanine with a BZ sofa bed of the same size, providing additional sleeping space. All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
For families with young children, a baby kit is available, including a high chair, a travel cot, and a mattress, all provided directly in the property.

This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre. By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday. A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels. You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
