不满意：清洁度
We had to abandon our stay here after 2 days. There was an encrustation of algae all around the swimming pool. This was a health hazard, especially for young children. We were told this would be fixed on the third morning but we had no confidence that it would be safe. The house did not appear to be “recently refurbished”: there was mould in two of the showers. A wall was also mouldy near electric sockets. Cleaning of the house was inadequate – there was broken glass on the stairs and in one of the bedrooms and spider webs over a couple of the windows.. A poolside parasol was mouldy. This was replaced when we pointed it out but the fact that it had been left there at the start of our stay was symptomatic of the lack of care. There were no full size dinner plates in the house. The hob tripped the fuse all day on the second day of our stay, though this problem righted itself on the third day. Since the property was improperly presented and described we feel we are owed a refund.I have reported all this to VRBO via email but after a week have received neither a response nor an acknowledgement of receipt of my mail.
