This comfortable house, on 1900 m2 of private land, is located on a beautiful ridge with a view of the hills of the Giant Mountains. The south-facing garden has plenty of play and furnished seating and a nice barbecue area. There is a shed for storing play and garden equipment. The spacious parking lot can accommodate several cars. Suitable for up to 6 people.

The living room is furnished with a dining area with table, corner sofa and chairs, a sitting area with corner sofa and armchair, wood stove, satellite TV with foreign channel (including the Netherlands), DVD / CD player with CDs and various Dutch books and games. The L-shaped kitchen has a stove with four gas burners and an electric oven, microwave / bread maker, coffee machine, electric kettle, raclette grill, refrigerator and plenty of cupboard space. The bedrooms of 9 m2 are all three equipped with two single beds. There is a separate toilet. - The bathroom has a shower, sink and a combined washing machine / dryer. There is a safe for storing valuable items. The whole house is electrically heated and the living room has an extra wood stove for cozy warmth. The wood for the wood stove is free

In summer, the beautiful surroundings invite you to a variety of activities. Numerous hiking and cycling routes have been set out throughout the area, including one to the Sněžka (Snow Head) at Pec pod Sněžkou, the highest mountain in the Czech Republic, also accessible by chair lift (closed on Fridays). The cycling routes are signed; mountain bikes are available for rent in Jilemnice. In Liberec is the subtropical swimming paradise Babylon, a "must" for the children. On the south side of Vrchlabí is a lake for swimming, a sandy beach, and a slide. Fly fishing in the Jizera is possible with a permit, available at the local tourist offices. Sightseeing flights over the Giant Mountains depart from Vrchlabí airport. You can go canoeing down the Jizera from Na Myte to Horní Sytová (a distance of 21 km) and enjoy the view along the river. Dvůr Králové is the largest zoo with a safari park in Central Europe. In the summer, there are Safari bus tours of the free-roaming animals. There is a golf course 7 km from the house in the direction of Semily. In Špindlerův Mlýn and Harrachov, there are toboggan runs, breathtaking!

There is a small safe for the storage of articles of value. The whole house is electrically heated and the wood-burning stove in the living room can provide not only additional heat, but a cozy atmosphere as well! The wood for heating is free.

Horní Sytová, on the outskirts of the Western and Central Giant Mountains, is ideally located for many top locations when it comes to skiing: Jilemnice 5 km, Vrchlabi 10 km, Benecko 11 km, Vitkovice 15 km, Horní Mísečky 20 km, Špindlerův Mlýn 25 km and Harrachov 26 km. The Kozinec ski center near Jilemnice has a modern snowmaking system for high-quality snow. It is suitable for beginners, advanced and children. There is of course a ski school and a ski nursery for small children. The practice lift to teach children to use it independently is free. A snowboard run has also been constructed on part of the wide slope. A snack bar is on the slopes. Parking is free. The ski center Kněžický Vrch near Vrchlabí: an ideal place for families with children and beginners. There is the Lenka Kebrlová ski school, 5th at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary. Parking for 80 cars, snack bar, toilets, ski rental and Info center. Two ski lifts. The cross-country trails are maintained daily. A 1-day ski pass for adults costs 20.00 € and for children € 15.00. In the spring and autumn, the Giant Mountains are a paradise for hiking and cycling. There is a wide range of indoor swimming pools, suanas, massage, tennis or "wellness". Pets are not allowed. You are requested to bring your own bed, bath, and kitchen linen. This is a family home that also contains private things. There are therefore no further requirements for guests who accept this and take care of our belongings.
