We came for one night on our honeymoon and were greeted so warmly upon arrival. They even had a towel placed in the shape of a heart and rose petals on our bed. The property was beautiful and in a fantastic neighborhood. We would absolutely come back!

It was a quick stop but the whole town is very walkable and the parc nearby is absolutely gorgeous. We ordered room service, which was served on the dot by a very courteous, but also very discreet gentleman. The bellman took care of our electric vehicle and returned it to us fully charged.

Bien mais pas extraordinaire

Nous sommes arrivés et l’accueil fut parfait avec proposition de serviettes pour se laver les mains ainsi qu’une boisson fraîche donc très agréable! Lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre la première impression fut bonne mais nous n’avons pas eu l’effet « waouw » d’un 5 étoiles! Le lit très confortable et chambre spacieuse. La salle de bain était jolie au premier abord mais en regardant mieux nous avons vu que la porte des wc était délabrée et décolorée et il y avait des tâches dessus donc grosse déception! De plus, il y avait un mini bar où il y avait 2 en-cas et des boissons…c’était gratuit uniquement pour le premier jour!! Nous avons fait un 4 étoiles à Aix les bains qui fournissait gratuitement les boissons (une dizaine quand même) tous les jours donc ce n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles!! Nous avons apprécié la piscine au rooftop mais c’était vétuste …ça mérite clairement une rénovation et du ménage car toiles d’araignées et araignées présentes ici et là… l’espace spa sympa mais pas extraordinaire non plus…un bain pied froid …un bain « géant » chaud mais pas si géant que ça…sauna/ hammam et c’est tout rien de plus (hormis les tisanes). Le petit déjeuner…28€…et là encore pas digne d’un 5 étoiles!! Une fois de plus, nous avons la même chose dans des 4 étoiles et pour moins cher! Globalement c’était bien mais décevant pour un établissement comme celui-ci!

Excellent séjour bien que l'hôtel ait besoin de quelques rénovations.. L'accès au spa , prix de 30€ par jour, est excessif pour les résidents de l'hôtel . On devrait pouvoir en bénéficier gratuitement .En revanche , chambre calme , literie de qualité. et petit déjeuner complet.

Accueilli en grande pompe par un monsieur charmant qui nous a même offert une boisson et nous a expliqué pour le fonctionnement de la piscine etc Chambre propre et spacieuse avec terrasse Café thé à volonté Literie agréable avec sur matelas Très bonne impression général Petit bémol le départ la réceptionniste ne nous a même pas demandé si ça c’était bien passé !!! Great Hotel and Spa Experience

We spent three nights at the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had never been to Vichy. The experience was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and everything was clean and up-to-date. We booked a junior suite, which was lovely. Evening cocktails in the beautiful bar were beautifully served. Our spa treatments were excellent and the facilities are modern and very clean. Highly recommend!
