Quite 3 Bedroom home close to all tourist area!

Nice quit, 3 bedroom, two full bathroom property situated seconds from the Sandusky bay. This gorgeous house is fully furnished and can house up to 10 comfortably. We are excited to announce that this property will feature an 8 person hot tub and an XBOX with a collection of video games. The entire remodel is finally completed! This property is within a 15 mins radius to Cedar Point, Port Clinton ferry’s for Kelly’s island, Put n Bay, and Middle Bass. There is a local tavern a block away as a convenience and the local market is about 5 miles away. Since we have opened for this season, we have gotten great feedback, which we are happy to announce that there will be a dog run kennel being placed on the property and will be available in late May. Perfect Lake Erie Spot
Property was better than described. I loved the location, right by the lake in a peaceful area and close enough to Port Clinton, Sandusky, Marblehead and Catawba. We were mostly there for fishing and had a great time with a lot of fish caught. There are a couple wildlife areas we went to: Willow Point was good fishing and we had fun with the kayaks at Resthaven. As we were getting ready to leave my son locked his keys in his car. The owner of the property showed up to clean for the next guests and was extremely helpful even calling someone to get the keys out for us. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the house and the week spent in it. We will definitely be returning to the property.

Great property
Loved the location and the house. Wished there was a gazebo or something on the patio. Would be nice if had a privacy fence or something for the hot tub. Was kind of weird having the patio and hot tub right next to neighbors windows. Was hard to talk due to their ac unit. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Short stay with pets
Preston's place was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. The internet speed is great and allowed me to work while on site. The outdoor space is plentiful and there is even a pretty, little wetland next door. We woke up to bird song every morning and enjoyed walks along Sandusky Bay with our dogs. Preston is a great host who was VERY quick with responses to questions. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our fishing trip
Our group of guys have made a trip to Erie for a fishing trip for many years now. This house was perfect for our short stay. Clean, plenty of amenities, and great communication from the owner.

Great getaway!
This property is better than they described!! My grandkids (as well as the rest of us)loved it the second we walked through the door! My grandson said it was an A++++! Preston made sure to answer any questions that we had very quickly. This house had things that you would have thought you needed to bring (coffee,sugar and spices to name a few). There were plenty of extra blankets and towels for everyone. Having the ability to do laundry was very helpful. The yard was plenty big for the kids to run and play with their cousins. We could not have asked for better hosts or a better property!! We will definitely be back in the near future!! Thanks for everything!!

Unfortunately we were not able to stay at the property as we had a cancellation of an event. Preston was ready for us though with the property clean and ready to go before check in. Communication was great and he was very understanding and is providing us a credit for a night’s stay as long it’s in the next 6 months, which is more than fair. We look forward to an upcoming stay.
