"The pictures in the ad are nothing what it actually is for the buffet. The fruit is pineapple apples, oranges. The A/C did not work. No English option on the TV. Water pressure very poor. "

"Ok. Not great. Not bad. Just ok. Our room was clean but had a set of stairs and an outside door right outside our room. Our neighbours came back at 1:30am two nights and woke us up, not because the were noisy, but because the shared door was so close to us. I don’t think the location is particularly good. It’s 12 minutes walk from Termini which is why we chose it but 30 minutes walk to the nearest must-see sight. If you want a fancy hotel that’s near the sights, book elsewhere. "

"The breakfast and coffee were wonderful! We had to catch an early bus and the staff made a to go breakfast bag for each of us including a bottle of water. The staff was friendly— the room was very clean and inviting and it was quiet in the evenings. We loved being close to the central metro station as well. Would recommend!"

"Kid review: we loved this hotel. The room was really nicely decorated and I liked that the wallpaper matched the bedding. The window opened fully which was good as it was very hot. Everything was very clean and even the fridge smelled good. It had endless hot water and shower was great. I liked that it had a safe for important or expensive things, the cupboard would fit a lot of stuff. Breakfast was really good (lots of options, cereal, pastries, bread). Everyone was very polite and everyone waits their turn for the lift. The people that worked there were kind to us. Adult review: Agreed with all of the above but would add, hotel very kindly kept our luggage (in a locked room) so we could enjoy our last day in Rome. We had 3 single beds which fit a very large adult and were very comfortable. The lift is very small so a large group will need to split. The hotel is pretty accessible but there are around 6 steps to get into the building. I don’t think the location could be much handier for a few days in Rome as it really is just a few mins walk from Termini station. "
