The Space:

The Coach House is a beautifully restored coastal cottage on Victor Harbor’s Esplanade, just across the road from the beach. Originally built in the 1930s, this charming home offers a glimpse into Victor Harbor’s early seaside history while providing all the comforts of a modern stay.



Perfect for couples or groups of up to four guests, the cottage features two separate sleeping spaces:

Main cottage

• Upstairs queen bedroom with Juliet balcony and ocean views.

Studio room

• Separate queen bedroom, ideal for two couples or friends travelling together.



The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen flowing into a private courtyard. Spend slow mornings with a coffee, enjoy an alfresco meal, or relax after a day exploring the coast.



Thoughtful touches make the stay special, including:

• Heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

• BBQ for relaxed outdoor meals.

• Clawfoot bath with stylish heritage-inspired finishes.

• Dog-friendly accommodation for a small/medium NON-shedding dog.



Step outside and you're moments from the foreshore, local cafés, shops and coastal walks. Whether you're enjoying ocean views from the balcony, soaking in the bath or wandering along the Esplanade, The Coach House offers a unique way to experience Victor Harbor.

The Coach House is perfectly placed on Victor Harbor’s Esplanade, just moments from the beach, foreshore and the relaxed coastal lifestyle the town is loved for.



From here, you can:

• Take a morning walk along the foreshore, enjoy the beach or simply watch the world go by by the water.

• Wander into town for coffee, dining and local favourites including Hotel Victor, Nino’s Italian and our favourite, Larder Kitchen.

• Explore Victor Harbor’s shops, cafés and coastal walks, all within easy walking distance.

• Venture further along the Fleurieu Peninsula, from Encounter Bay to Port Elliot, Goolwa and beyond.



Just over an hour from Adelaide, The Coach House is an easy coastal getaway where you can park the car and enjoy Victor Harbor at a slower pace.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Sorry, no young children under the age of 12.

One well behaved NON-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you, but you must let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
