「very good experience in this historical hotel. food is very tasty and high quality. 」

「The staff were attentive, warm and very engaging, from those in maintenance to the ones in the restaurant. Tendo was a rock at the front desk! She helped us get trusted drivers for transportstion when required. The property grounds were well maintained and we found the room and bedding comfortable. The location is convenient - slightly off the main road but within walking distance of town of Victoria Falls if so desired (25-30 minutes). Would highly recommend Batonka Lodge!」

「Excellent location a short walk both ways to the victoria falls and the town centre, but very average hotel in all other ways. The furnishing of the rooms are quite old, the bath rooms especially very basic. Breakfast area is good in outdoor garden. Dinner there is not acceptable, the food is poor and service bad.」

「We loved the apartment! It’s was beautiful, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend!」

「Staff nice but hardware could be better.」

「A beautiful, very calming and intimate little hotel. The staff is exceptional.」

「Lovely location close to markets and restaurants. Rooms spacious and clean, good wifi, lovely pool area」

「This place was truly amazing! Everyone was incredibly helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return.」

「Great lodge. Clean. Well located. Only bad thing was the internet had a weak signal on apartment number 1. The rest was great」

「Lovely hotel, calm setting on the river and convenient transfers to town and airport」

「酒店设施简陋，但价钱还算实惠。厨房卫生较差。经常停电，房间基本没网，前台网络信号也很差。客房员工比较尽职尽责，对问题积极想办法解决，提供的交通服务收费较为公道。」

「Wi-Fi access had shut down on last stay night, laundry did not deliver to the room (has to be collecting at reception)」

「Melissa and George were so amazing! They made our stay extra special! Thank you so much for everything! What a breath taking property with top class service!」
