Welcome to our nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom basement suite in Langford.
This suite is located in a quiet zone area.
5 minutes away from downtown Langford
2-minute drive to Costco and all the essential stores
20 minutes away from downtown Victoria.
5-minute walk to the famous Thetis Lake.
The suite has private access beside the house with a large backyard. Parking is available on the driveway.

Great location! Had all the necessities and a great price. Some of the finishes are showing so wear but nothing affects the quality of the stay. Bedding was clean and cotton (what someone with skin sensitivities I appreciated!). Overall just what we need in the location we needed!

It was a handy location for our purposes. The beds were excellent . The driveway was tricky at night additional lights at the top would be much appreciated. The hosts were quick to respond to our messages. It was roomy and bright.

Our stay at this property was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the place (being a basement suit) was very cold. Having kids, we had to struggle to find thermostats to warm up the place. It was clear the place had not been cleaned professionally. The floors (especially under coach/furniture) and surfaces felt dirty, and overall the property did not meet basic cleanliness standards.The most concerning issue was that there were ants in the bedroom.The bathroom fan wasn’t working and given that it was the only bathroom, it was not a pleasant experience.The dishwasher was mouldy and it stopped working the second time we used it. When told to the host, they said we don’t know how to use it. Some of the buttons of remote for TV was not working. To make matters worse, we were confronted by the host during checkout in a very rude manner. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the landlord approached us in a very rude and confrontational manner.Overall, between the lack of cleanliness, the ants in the bedrooms, and the unpleasant interaction with the host, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Great location and very comfortable

We stayed at this property for a full week. We had a small problem with the microwave when we first arrived but the homeowner responded quickly and fixed the problem. They were very friendly. We were in Victoria to visit with our daughter and to celebrate our granddaughter's first birthday. It was a most enjoyable trip!!!!!

Cozy Stay

We had a lovely stay in Victoria! The place was conveniently located, not too far from the city center, and the host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to messages. It’s a great spot for a small family with young children, there were some board games and books available, which was a nice touch. The home could use a little dusting, and the inside of the dishwasher had some mold, so we chose not to use it. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.Thank you !
