Welcome to Heron's Nest, a bright and airy condo, steps away from Downtown Victoria!
Located on the 2nd floor of Roberts House, the condo features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in every room that open up to the balcony with charming views onto the lawn area of the building. This spacious one bed one bath suite, which includes a study, is perfect for those seeking an extended stay or requiring an office to work from home!
Both the living area and bedroom feature a smart TV that include a generous cable package. The kitchen is fully equipped with additional extras to ensure you have everything needed to prepare your next culinary creation. The main bedroom boasts a cozy queen-size bed and black-out blinds, while the second bedroom has been converted into an office.
Please however note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher installed. In addition, the condo does not have in-suite laundry but there is a large laundry room on basement level of the building.
Constructed of steel and concrete, this exceptionally well kept and professionally managed building has received many recent upgrades. Residents enjoy numerous amenities including Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Fitness Centre, Common Room and Kitchen, Library, Community Gardens, Indoor parking and Secure Bike Storage.
Being in the heart of James Bay, Heron's Nest is close to a variety of amenities including Beacon Hill Park, James Bay Village, the Inner Harbour and downtown.
The condo floor area is approximately 794 Sq. ft.
Important Notes:
MINIMUM STAY: This unit requires a minimum stay of 90 days.
AMENITIES: Building amenities as advertised may not be open due to operational constraints. If the advertised amenities are important to you, please inquire about their availability before making the reservation.
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.
PETS: This unit may accept a small dog. Please ask.
LAUNDRY AND DISHWASHER: This condo does not have in-suite laundry. There is a large laundry room on basement level of the building. Machines operate using refillable laundry cards. In addition, the kitchen does not have a dishwasher installed.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'4" (1.93 M) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
BICYCLE STORAGE: The building offers a bike storage room. Bicycle storage operates on first come, first served basis. You require your own lock and cable to secure your bicycle. Please let Victoria Prime know if you intend bringing bicycles.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
Additionally, please take note of the following:
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.
