「Location is not near Trinity but opposite side of Trinity bay. Owner agreed to fully refund if VRBO would refund her their portion but did not follow through and ignored subsequent messages from me and VRBO. VRBO confirmed they would refund their portion. We lost 294.40 for travel Sept 29-Oct 1 which was equal to one night stay. She refunded initially one night immediately but never followed through on her word. 」
