我在房间28号。Wifi在房间根本用不了。Check-in以后立刻发现了这个问题，跟前台反应以后，工作人员把路由器关了重启，当时信号有了一点点，用了一会网查了一下攻略我就出去玩了。到晚上9点半回来，网又用不了，给前台打电话，前台说他也帮不了我，还说如果需要用网络就去走廊上。这简直太不可理喻了。我跑去前台让他试着能不能把路由器再次重启一下，他说他不会。我真的很生气，因为网络对我来说很重要！于是晚上10点，打电话给了酒店经理。在酒店经理的指导下他重启了路由器，但是房间依旧没网。我没办法只能在酒店大堂用大堂wifi查旅游攻略以及跟朋友联系。为了用网络我在大堂待到晚上11点多！！！对于4星级酒店来说简直不可理喻！第二天退房的时候我跟前台和经理再次反映了这个事情，他们只会说，很抱歉，只能说你运气不好了！也没说提供早餐或者退一部分钱给我作为补偿！！！这次的入住经历我觉得非常糟糕！！

離地鐵近很方便
服務生服務態度很好，離地鐵站近附近有超商，房間乾淨舒適，下次再去會考慮入住！而且因為較晚時間回飯店了服務人員都還是會幫忙開門～

Comfortable and good location
My wife and I stay here for four night to visit Vienna. It's a classic style, friendly, good location, with nice breakfast and comfortable hotel. Everyone is kindly, treat us like family. Near Praterstern Station is convenient to downtown and airport (take S7). There are some coffee shop, family restaurant and supermarket near hotel. We are very satisfied with Hotel Vienna.

价格适当，清洁干净，离市区近，总体感受很好。但是WIFI信号不好，特别是楼上房间根本没有信号，又不给换房，感觉不好。

服務人員很好,飯店話很多,但不是很好找
靠近維也納的北車站,離遊樂園和UNO CITY (坐地鐵) 都蠻近的, 要去百水公寓或kUNST HAUS 要走一段路,網路連線蠻快的,早餐選擇有一點少,服務人員態度優良,很和藹可親,也會回答旅遊的問題,進市中心要靠地鐵或電車(TRAM)

Nice staff, cool and comfortable room
It is only 1.5 Km from the hotel to city. The hotel is historical but not feel old. Its good to stay in this hotel if you are staying in Vienna for traveling.

Not so good
Not so good. Big disadvantage for this hotel is NO AC. It was very hot in the middle of summer 33-34 C degrees. It was insane hot in Vienna at that time. My fridge was dying. Plus, no iron in the room. They charge you for ironing. If you travel in summer maybe it's better to consider other places. The room is very clean, but small, new bathroom. The location is excellent, close to trams, subway station, 30 min walk to the center

Het is een zeer netjes en schoon hotel met ruime kamers. Het ontbijt is compact maar zeer compleet. Ook de was- en strijkservice is zeer netjes en snel. Het hotel is vlakbij het metro- en treinstation praterstern gesitueerd; vandaar uit kun je snel naar de binnenstad, maar ook naar t vliegveld reizen.

A mi juicio está muy lejano a hotel de 4 estrellas. Me he hospedado en hoteles de 3 estrellas mejores… atención buena. Poco personal. Una misma persona tenía varias funciones. No está en estado óptimo. Las ventanas dan hacia la calle en donde está el bar y en la noche el olor a cigarro fue muy desagradable. Como no hay aire acondicionado teníamos que tener las ventanas abiertas. No lo recomiendo.

Zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten zum Prater, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Einrichtung eher älter, auch die Tapeten wirken teilweise recht schmutzig. Das Badezimmer ist nur durch eine Schiebetür aus Glas vom restlichen Zimmer getrennt, was
