Welcome to my apartment. You can enjoy the proximity to the city center and the Alte Donau recreation area. Here you live in a small but nice city apartment near the center of Vienna. The U1 and U2 underground lines are within walking distance. You can be in the heart of the city in 20 minutes by public transport. In 15 minutes you are in Vienna's most popular recreational area, the Old Danube. The apartment is located in a new building that was completed in 2023.
The apartment is around 35m2 with 1 bedroom. The apartment can host up to 3 people maximum. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can host another 1 guest.
*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your Arbio reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !
A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
