我是2019 年8/23-8/30到維也納出差，住在歐洲維也納奧地利流行飯店六天，飯店務官沒有照片漂亮(尤其是周邊多是精心雕刻裝飾的建築物，更顯得這間飯店外觀的普通)，飯店位置相當好，距離史蒂芬教堂地鐵站僅約300公尺，地鐵旁就是教堂，飯店路口轉角處有一間超商，周一至週日都有營業(大大加分)，飯店附近是商圈，相當好逛。 然而飯店的清潔及設施就有待加強了。門卡有時無法啟動電源(感應不好)，服務員說要同時插兩張卡，洗手槽大半時間是不通的，冷氣出風口位在窗簾外側，且溫度調控好像沒有作用(20度跟29度，體感溫度是一樣的)，感覺不像四星級飯店

Nice location
The hotel was easily reached and close to the major tourist attractions. However, the shower room had a bad design, with a shield supposed to block the water, but was totally useless. Otherwise the room was good.

A great hotel near "everything". Sits on a beautiful plaza with fountain. Walking distance to Stelhanplatz and the Albertina, the Opera and mire. The place was sparkling clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Will definately come back.

Very good location near subway entrance. Even though the location is quite central, no noise could be heard from the street in the rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Only complaint is the air conditioning which did not work at all during our stay, neither was there any instructions how to adjust the machine.

Wonderful hotel, located in the heart of Vienna. It’s at the center of a lovely square with fountain surrounded by restaurants, shopping and close to public transit. The hotel staff was kind, helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious enough for the days spent. It was a bit noisy at night time with kids partying in the plaza outside the hotel. Overall it was a wonderful central location to get to most places in Vienna.
