the location of the hotel is very nice. People at reception were very friendly , helped me a lot and provided very useful information. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Vienna.

Ideal for budget travellers
Location is not easy to find for the first time. However, it is actually very close to Metro, just close to the street with Addidas. My room is very small, but nicely decorated. Air con is good. Shower room is small but clean. The gentleman of the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. This is a good hotel for budget travellers.

This hotel was fantastic. There isn’t a staff onsite so keep in mind you can’t just come in early and check bags or ask someone questions at the desk but I had a very early flight in and they were reachable through the app and they worked with me on check in time and were extremely pleasant. I was overjoyed by the room. I expected smaller and a tiny bed but it was spacious with high ceilings very comfy bed and bedding. There is a wonderful cafe across from the hotel really good coffee and pastries. Wonderful location a 4 minute walk to St. Stephen’s. 13 minute walk to Vienna State Opera house.

Lo que más me ha gustado es la localización a pocos matros de stephanplatz. Lo que menos que al ser un self check, no te relacionas con nadie y al tener que dejar la habitación a las 11.00 yno poder hablar con nadie para buscar alguna alternativa (en los establecimientos con recepción te guardan las maletas hasta tu partida) tuvimos que buscar un servicio de consigna y pagar casi 15 € para que nos cuidaran las maletas 3 horas que necesitabamos (pagamos día completo)

This room was spacious for two people and very clean. I liked that they procided ear plugs in case of noise.the location is about a 15 min walk from the Wien mitte train station, near other metro stations and close to attractions. I would stay here again.

Bra överlag men väldigt dammigt på sängbord och stuckaturer. Bättre städning överlag hade behövts. Dörrarna slamrar så fort någon går utanför ens dörr, vilket också gör det lyhört (mot andra gäster, inte från gatan).

Staff was accommodating with our check in and check out times. They were sweet and answered all of our questions. Not only that but the location is perfect. It's the higher end part of the city centre and the price was incredibly reasonable. Definitely will return and book a room here.

The thing that I wasnt so thrilled about is front entrance of the hotel..it was dirty and did not look like a hotel. But once i got in to the hotel that was on 2nd or 3rd floor, the room was nice and clean and the receprionist was very friendly and helpful.
