離地鐵站Karlsplatz走路大約5分鐘，離地面電車走路大約2分鐘，不管去哪裡都非常方便。早餐很精緻，可惜入住六天的早餐都沒有變化。提前預訂可以省很多。

早餐选择很多。距离Opera House不远，逛街购物非常方便。不巧遇酒店扩建维修，8点开始工程噪音有些恼人。

我們在這裡居住了7晚,但沒有一天對這間飯店不滿意.服務人員24小時stand by,我們房間曾經在凌晨時跳電(只有我們這間)也立即處理;我們若需要什麼只需要說一聲,飯店人員會非常親切地替我們解答或處理問題,對此我們非常感謝.早餐很豐盛,有許多東西可以選,甚至還有茶包!!順道一提飯店的餐廳也蠻好吃的,雖然價格略為偏高.客房是標準大小,但空間對我們來說已經相當足夠.床很大,兩個人躺下去不會碰到彼此,不需要睡得太拘泥.有很大的apple液晶顯示器,可以當電腦貨電視非常方便.有個書桌滿足我們寫明信片或看書的需要.浴室方面,浴缸只裝不到一半長度的玻璃帷幕,所以難免會將水濺到浴缸外,但飯店每天都會清理;盥洗用品也會天天補,使我們總有充足的沐浴品可以使用.整體而言,非常推薦這家飯店,謝謝這家飯店帶給我們這麼美好的回憶.

Ideal gelegen
Das Hotel ist ideal und ruhig gelegen und somit bestens geeignet für einen Citytrip nach Wien. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gemütlich. Im Sommer ist der Innenhof sicher ein schöner Platz um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel. Es gibt ein schönes Gartenrestaurant im Innenhof, das wird vom Hotel aktiv beworben. Wir haben wegen dem Gartenrestaurant das Hotel gebucht. Eine Woche vor unserer Anreise reservierten wir einen Tisch, da teilte man uns mit das Restaurant wäre wegen Ferien geschlossen und es würde auf der Webseite stehen - beim Buchungszeitpunkt war dies aber nicht kommuniziert. Dass ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sein Restaurant schliesst, ist nicht akzeptierbar. Es gab zwar ein "tut uns leid, aber da können wir nichts machen", das reicht aber nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und wertig - man muss aber aufpassen es gibt zwei Designs. Das Zimmer hat 5-Sterne-Qualität, das Frühstück nicht. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber passt in ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Personal war unterschiedlich freundlich, der Herr beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Dame beim Frühstück wäre besser Polizistin geworden. Denke das nächste mal würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Top Hotel in Bester Lage
Top Hotel in bester Lage - einzig meine Hotels.com Status wurde wohl übersehen, dh der 10 Euro Gutschein für Bewirtung und das Upgrade bei Verfügbarkeit fehlten. Das ist ein Luxusproblem, keine Frage und hatte auch weder Zeit noch Lust das vor Ort anzusprechen - dann hätte man das sicher sofort gelöst.

Kam spät, musste gleich zum Abendtermin, Check in war schnell, Koffer abgenommen und ins Zimmer gebracht, auschecken war ebenfalls eine Sache von Sekunden. Zimmer geräumig, sauber und hochwertig. Alles wunderbar! Location ebenfalls top, sehr zentral!

Klein und Fein in bester Lage
Zentral gelegen, nicht groß, aberhohe Qualität aber unaufdringlich und zurück haltend. Keine Affekthascherei wie bei vielen anderen Design Hotels nicht immer das neuste (Duschkopf), aber sauber ordentlich und solide. Für mich genau das was ich immer in einer Stadt suche.
