Había varias cosas, que no estaban listas como la caja fuerte no funcionaba , vinieron a cambiar la batería pero al final no cerraba, en la ducha tuve que decir que se inundaba y el calefactor también no andaba, anduvo por algunos días y en la última noche se ve que no funciono o dejo de funcionar, entonces la ropa que lave no estaba seca y lo que si sugeriría es que aunque no sea la mejor habitación una pequeña mesita como para tomar un café o comer no estaría mal, lo que si estaba limpio y muy bien la ubicación, , o sea de valoración le doy normal a regular ya que este tipo de cosas tienen que verificarlas antes de que lleguen los huéspedes, pero agradezco con todo lo que me queje vinieron y me devolvieron los mensajes pero bueno algunas cosas no funcionaron , gracias

the staff was satisfactory from every point of view. reactive, quick to respond and Sonia was very helpful both before check-in and after check-out, friendly and kind, I will definitely book with them again if I return to Vienna.

Superbe !
Superbe appartement qui est très bien placer. Il y a un arrêt juste devant et un autre la rue en face. L’appartement est moderne et très bien agencé. Nous avons adoré y séjourner !

Room is small, to be expected, but it has a shower in the room, so anyone in the room has to watch whoever is showering through the very see-through glass door. A bit awkward if you’re with friends or family members that are not your lover. Also the key didn’t work well. My daughter spent 40 mins trying to get into the room and I had to leave my dinner to go back and help her

Room was clean, distance from the nearest metro station was about 10- 14 min walking distance, many restaurants around. Room key was not recived on time due to miscommunication between workers at the appartment, otherwise it was a great stay.

Location! Location! Location! Very affordable for the area but don’t expect luxury amenities like you would at fancy hotels, easy self check-in and check-out, place is clean and in a safe area. I would stay here again next time I’m in Vienna for sure.

Very quiet and comfortable, and well equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle and aircon! Do bring some washing up liquid with you if you plan to have breakfast/lunch at the apartment though (or just go out to one of many lovely Viennese places).

Habitación cómoda y en buena zona, con trasporte público cerca y restaurantes y bares. Limpio, lo único es que no hay muy buena comunicación con los propietarios, llegamos temprano a Vienna y escribimos a la estructura para ver si podíamos dejar las maletas mientras llegaba la hora del check in, nunca recibimos ninguna respuesta y no se ve a nadie del servicio en la estructura nunca. El wifi no es el mejor, pero todo en términos generales estuvo bastante bien y cómodo.

Good location but shower not very private
It was an interesting flat. Nice and comfortable for me. Had an interesting self check in. The shower area did not have a door so make sure you're travelling with someone you who has seen you naked ;) It's possible people from across the way upstairs can see you showering too. Otherwise it was in a nice neighborhood and easy walking to the train.

When we arrived in late evening, outdoor entrance key was not there. So, we had to wait for someone to arrive and open it for us.

Das Meiste (Infos bzgl. einchecken, Wlan, schickes Interieur) hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Qualität der Unterkunft wurde leider durch intensiven Schimmelgeruch enorm beeinträchtigt. Ansonsten war eigentlich alles gut aber durch den Schimmelgeruch, der seine Ursache ja iwo begründet haben muss, verloren leider auch die anderen guten Eigenschaften der Unterkunft an Relevanz.

Si bien la ubicación no es céntrica, el departamento está bien conectado y las instalaciones son nuevas. Solo nos quedamos una noche, pero tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda.

Save your money and go to a normal Hotel
Don’t be fooled by the pics. Dirty and lacks basic amenities. The entrance is squirky and shady. It’s an old shop made into a room. It’s rubbish wrapped in a nice wallpaper. I regret every Euro spent.

It does not fit the real with the photo, there is not bathroom in the room, no privacy. No communication at all with any person in check in or check out.

Dear Laura,This studio has an open floor plan, including an open shower, that is correct. The toilet does have a door, however.It is indicated all over, that we run a self-check in operation and sent you codes to a keysafe in order for you to enter the apartment. The check in instructions have clear entry instructions, wifi access and parking recommendations.We did not see your message asking about parking which was sent at 10:30 PM until the next morning as we do not have 24 hour customer support. Parking recommendations were sent along with the entry codes.When booking your next stay, please be sure the amenities that you require are listed in the property description.Sincerely,Nicholas

A little bit funny.
The location is very good. We got the flat 1. The idea of this flat is nice, however it doesn't seems to working well. It's literally a grounded street facing shop converted into a flat. As for a shop, the door is quite big, heavy and transparent. Guests will therefore have to keep the courtains closed all the time, unless they want to be watched. They work well on blocking outside noises, but still it's a busy street with buses and cars passing by all the time, they will not be missed. No hangers for jackets. The shower is an open area, so make sure you are travelling with someone you have some intimacy. The mattress is extremely soft - this is not a compliment!
