We stayed at the Hilton Vienna Waterfront Hotel for a few days family getaway in early August. We booked a Water View Room, and it was perfect for our family. The room was spotless, with blackout curtains, a firm-but-soft bed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The only downside was the temperature in the room was a bit warm since AC was set with a certain temperature, but the staff was kind enough to bring us a tower fan. Overall, I’d highly recommend the Hilton Vienna Waterfront for its comfort, location, and warm hospitality.

Great location and view of the Danube. Nice overall facilities, but service in restaurant is very slow and room had issues like clogged sink, window that wouldn't air lock close, shower wand that wouldn't stay in place, and lights flickering on mirror.

Staff here work quite hard to ensure all guests are take care of, major plus- not all Hiltons are equally alike. Food was great, although breakfast time is a madhouse, so go early. Hotel hilton danube it's a beautiful hotel on the river with an incredible ambiance if you love the outdoors you will so appreciate this hotel because there are so many places that you can sit, drink, eat, and even swim in their beautiful pool. I have flown from California to Vienna and stay here four times. It's one of my favorite places in the world. Bernard at the reception couldn't have been more welcoming and my housekeeper Vita was it such a kind young woman. The breakfast employees were incredibly efficient and good-natured to successfully deliver in present excellent food for the crowds of customers. The evening staff providing drinks and snacks gracious and attentive. Lastly, the executive Lounge was a sweet addition where once again the staff really went all out to make us feel comfortable. Top notch Hotel in a top notch location highly recommended

The reception staff were professional and we were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our room was ok but was set up for 2 people rather than 3. I went back to reception and the housekeeping lady sorted out additional towels, glasses etc very quickly. The room was reasonably clean, however it felt rushed, e.g the window ledge was full of green fly which were not cleaned for the 3 days of our stay. I think because of its size the hotel didn’t feel very friendly. For example we asked reception staff where towels for the pool could be collected and got a rather brisk response which didn’t help us. The breakfast was very good, it was busy but there was always plenty of staff to replenish food as required. The location of the hotel was good as it’s close to the metro U2 line which takes you straight into the heart of Vienna. The pool was most welcoming after a day exploring the city and the view of the Danube, day and night was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Good hotel in a nice location on the Danube. A little out of town but there is public transport nearby and it is easy to get into town. It is also quite close to Prater, which is a huge public park with an area dedicated to a permanent amusement park. The outdoor space for eating and drinking is lovely, and the public areas and clean and well kept, although the interior bar area is a little small for the size of hotel. Very good, generously sized, clean and comfortable room, and housekeeping staff are helpful. Breakfast was hugely over-priced and looked madly busy so we ate elsewhere / bought breakfast from the store over the road. The pool is clean but quite small and is not heated. Refreshing if the weather is hot, probably quite chilly if it isn't. And it is closed if it is raining. The area around the pool is comfortable but again, small for the size of hotel. The spa is lovely and clean, and was calm when we were there. It is difficult to access any information about the hotel without having to ask staff. No in room info and the QR code only takes you to a general information page. So you have to ask about pool/spa opening times, where to get towels/robes etc. The negatives for this hotel are minor, and very much outweighed by the positives. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I have never seen such a fantastic variety of items on any breakfast menu. The food, the atmosphere and the service were all fabulous. My family and I would definitely stay at this hotel when we’re in Vienna next.

Clean room, kind staff, delicious breakfast, great view of the Donau 🔥 Stadion Center is 5-10 minutes walk away and right next to U2 train station entrance.

Everything was perfect. Staff was courteous. Room cleaned and spacious. Downstairs lounge is a good place to relax after a day of wandering Vienna. Only thing is it's a bit far from the closest train station, 11 mins fast walking.
