位置方便的酒店
機場巴士站距離酒店約五分鐘步程，方便往返機場。酒店附近有很多餐廳及超級市場，前往St. Stephen's Cathedral亦大約五分鐘步程。酒店的早餐選擇多，味道亦很好。

A very good hotel and
A good and model hotel. Front desk can give sufficient information and especially I have very early check in at 8am and they can offer me a room at that time. Very appreciated! There is a good supermarket for you to get supply at good price. Just to use google map and search for supermarket you can locate it. It is bit hard to find the hotel in the first place but I took taxi from Wien HBF to the hotel so I am fine.

Disappointing service
There are two buildings for the hotel within walking distance. We only knew that on arrival and were allocated to a more far away one. Need to climb up two stairs before reaching the hotel entrance, with heavy baggage. No porter service. Reception will be closed after certain hour but can be reached by phone in the other building. A living spider is found inside the room. Night clubs are next to my building. My room is facing the other side so it is still very quiet at night.

Location - Excellent - Very close to the city centre Staff - Friendly - Apart from checkout (paid no attention to the response of ‘how was your stay’, followed by head shaking and grinning as if our feedback was worthless). Maintenance of Building - Incredibly Poor (lift broken, air con broken, beds awful, heating broken, paper thin walls and doors). The location was fantastic, but for the price paid, we expected better, prepare for some sleepless nights!

Nice surprise
Had an amazing stay and we’re surprised to receive a free city guided walking tour voucher from The hotel. The guide was excellent . Did really enjoy every minute of it.

The reception staff were very kind and professional and the hotel is in a great location and very clean. We asked for two rollaway beds in each of our rooms. They did supply them without a problem but both of them were of such terrible quality, it was impossible to sleep. One of them was actually a foldout chair. It was awful and my children were exhausted after two nights of not sleeping. It's is unfair to sell rooms with that feature when they are of such poor quality. The bathrooms are tiny and there isn't enough room for toiletries.

Great stay
Great stay, very quiet room although very central location. Also, the humidity in the room was very low and it was quite stuffy which made it a lil uncomfortable to sleep. But overall it was a good stay

Great hotel in central location
Great hotel in central but quiet location. Helpful and friendly staff. Room on small side but perfect for business trip, and the shower was good. Food is restaurant great for vegetarians. Overall not luxury but good Value and I’d definitely return

Das Zimmer und die sanitären Anlagen waren sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert, daher konnte man trotz der tropischen Temperaturen gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist toll. 2 Minuten zur Bahn und 5 Minuten zum Dom. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist, das wir keine tägliche Reinigung und ständig neue Handtücher gebraucht hätten. Da könnte man etwas nachhaltiger sein. Alles in allem ist das Hotel empfehlenswert und wir würden wieder dort wohnen.

I happened to get sick the day after arrival. They were super attentive, managed to extend our stay, and inquired about my health with discretion. Great location and superior customer service.
