Large room with shower and a living/eating area in a nice apartment building. Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, and very friendly owner - brought us a fan without us asking for one and gave us a sweet parting gift! Property is under some renovation with the lift and our room ceiling. Will stay here again!

Excellent service. Manager seems like he takes a lot of pride in his work. They are in the process of fixing up the place a bit. I'm sure it's going to look great soon.

The owner let me check in early and was friendly. The hotel occupies the whole second floor from what I saw. The only thing that concerned me was that the elevator did not seem to be working on my first day, so I had to walk up two flights of stairs with my luggage.

The location was very good. 2 tube stations or a bit more than 10 minutes walk to Stephansplatz which is in the centre of Vienna.
The hotel staff were very kind and helpful! The breakfast was included.
Overall, we really had a nice stay at this hotel.
