It was easy to get to the U1 and then to central Vienna. We had no trouble going to the Opera House and the chapel for Sunday Mass sung by the Vienna Boys Choir. The staff were so helpful. The luggage room was especially handy as we had time to waste between check-out and our cruise joining time. This is a hotel I would recommend.

This is probably one of my favorite hotels i have ever stayed at! The staff were all super friendly and just the perfect amount of technology was mixed in but not to the point it prevented you from human interaction. Restaurant was also really tasty and the staff here are just spectacular!
