Séjour agréable bien que la chambre 103 donne sur une minuscule cour et non sur la place ! propreté OK chambre Ok literie Ok. le petit déjeuner à 24 euros/personne est trop cher ! Cet hôtel est surtout bien placé pour accéder au TRAM ligne 1.

Good location but our room was too small to open a suite case other than putting it on the bed. Front desk was attentive but they were covering for at least one other hotel and not always available. Shower required a contortionist to use.

The location of property was excellent! Walking distance to most attraction and restaurants. Rooms were small but clean, basic non luxury hotel. Breakfast was convenient and food selection was OK.

Our second stay and just as good as the first. The breakfast was so tasty, as good as I've ever had. Feels very safe and secure and all the staff really helpful. The location is so good for the trams,trains,buses and the airport bus. But all the main sights are easily walkable. A tram around the corner takes you all the way to the Belvedere and a train at same spot all the way to the Schonbrunn. The room was a good size and spotless

Hyggeligt hotel med god beliggenhed. Venligt personale om end lidt uerfarne. Dejlig morgenmad hver morgen. . Den eneste anke mod hotellet er, at sengen var utrolig dårlig. Den var smal (140 eller 160 cm) og så slidt og blød at vi fik ondt i ryggen og sov meget dårligt.

The rooms were not as advertised. Male staff were helpful but one particular female staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. The location is wonderful and appearance of the outside and front entrance of the hotel is nice.

Overall very pleasant stay. They provide complimentary still water everyday and there’s aircon. The location is excellent and is walking distance to the u-bahn, and the inner old town. There is also a supermarket and convenience stores right opposite the street! Fantastic. The room is extremely spacious. I had some issues with the light bulb in the bathroom and the bath tub clogged up two nights in the row. but they fixed it when I called. However there is no “technician” overnight so if u get stuck w an overflowing bathtub then good luck. The sink area doesn’t have much space for u to place ur toiletries , perhaps that can be improved. Be careful not to knock over the glass cups. Ground floor can be a bit noisy but overall I wasn’t too bothered. Pleased w my stay.
