Vienna is an easy city to get around so I didn't need to be right in the centre; the location was perfect to get to the conference at the University and elsewhere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Purtroppo l'esperienza con la struttura è stata veramente spiacevole: la cancellazione della prenotazione non è andata a buon fine entro il termine e nonostante i numerosi contatti sia da parte mia che degli operatori di Expedia (neanche loro sono riusciti a cancellare la prenotazione) e l'iniziale intenzione manifestata dalla struttura, alla fine ci è stato addebitato l'intero importo del soggiorno. Questo non è ovviamente illegittimo, ma dopo aver spiegato le problematiche legate alla cancellazione e l'assicurazione anche da parte di Expedia di non pretenderenullain casodimancatoaddebito, ci saremmo aspettati un atteggiamento più conciliante e magari l'addebito solo di una parte del costo del soggiorno.

Sfortunatamente, qui non stai scrivendo la verità. Non hai annullato, semplicemente non sei arrivato. Quindi non potevamo vendere l'appartamento ed era vuoto. Expedia ti ha confermato che devi pagare l'intero importo perché non hai nemmeno provato a cancellare e semplicemente non ti sei presentato. Abbiamo provato a venderlo, ma alle 14 dello stesso giorno non ce la facevamo più.Inoltre non hanno pagato l'intero importo.Capisco la tua frustrazione, ma per favore attieniti alla verità.Distinti saluti

The apartment was spacious and well kept up. It was 2 minutes walk from one tram stop and 5 minutes to another tram stop at Franz-Joseph-Bahnhof. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes walk. The staff were super helpful. This was a great choice!

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The hotel has a family touch, which helps you feel safe as a solo traveler. The hotel is very close to public transit, and there's plenty of dining and grocer options within a 2-5 minute walk. They upgraded me to a better room for free and let me check in early. The bathroom was spotless and the water pressure was excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Mukava hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja sijainti hyvä. Huone siisti ja tilava. Rauhallinen paikka ja kuitenkin yhteydet olivat hyvät, ratikka ihan vieressä ja yhteys lentoasemalta hotellille mainio. Airpot junalla metroasemalle ja sieltä U4 metrolla Friedensbruken asemalle, josta ulos ja ratikalla 5 Alserbach strasen pysäkille on toinen pysäkki. Hotelli ihan nurkalla.

Fantastic place
This is a fantastic place to stay. The reception is super helpful. The room is very clean and serviced everyday and they provide eveything you need. The location is great and it is very quite and really feels like a private apartment. I will definitely come back

Kaffeemaschine unterstes Niveau- aus Plastik. Wasser wurde nicht richtig heiss. Küche sehr einfach, kein Dunstabzug. Bett war nicht sehr komfortabel, wir bekamen aber in der zweiten Nacht noch eine Auflage dazu. Hatten in der ersten Nacht das Gefühl, auf einem Brett zu schlafen. Bad/WC getrennt aber im WC kein Raumduft o.ä. TV Programm nur teilweise verfügbar, als wir nachfragten, hiess es, die Chipkarten wären derzeit alle vergeben.Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, der Spar Lebensmittelhandel nur 50 m entfernt. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer zu niedrig für ältere Menschen und nur ein Sessel als Beistellmöbel. Braucht man dringend einen zweiten dazu. Wohnung war im 3. Stock. Man schläft sehr ruhig, die Doppelfenster verhindern den Strassenlärm.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn, Ich kenne keine Filtermaschine aus Metal. Unsere Kaffeemaschinen sind Filtermaschinen welche aus Plastik (wie alle anderen auch) sind. Sogar Nespressomaschinen sind aus Plastik. Daher kann ich hier Ihre Beanstandung nicht verstehen. Ja wir haben harte Matrazten. Es steht jedoch in unserer Infomappe "Sollte Ihnen die Matratzen zu hart sein, können wir Ihnen gerne eine Auflage geben". Jeder Gast ist anders! Manche mögen es lieber hart, manche lieber weich. Wir haben 300 TV-Programme in ca 20 Sprachen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass auch Programme für Sie funktioniert haben. Uns ist nicht bewusst, dass unsere Sofas niedriger sind als andere. Soweit ich die Sofahöhe beurteilen kann, entsprecht dies der Norm. Gerne hätten wir Ihnen noch einen 2. Sofastuhl ins Appartement gebracht, Sie hätten nur zu uns in die Rezeption kommen müssen. Ich hoffe trotzdem, dass Sie einen guten Aufenthalt gehabt haben und bedanke mich für die Punkteanzahl Ihrer Bewertung. Mit herzlichen Grüßen

Prima service en ondersteuning van hotelpersoneel. Wenen is duur dus voelt niet helemaal of je waar voor je geld krijgt, maar voor deze prijs wordt het niet beter.

Posizione a 500 mt dalla fermata del tram D che porta in centro. Se si chiede lasciano parcheggiare nella stradina dove si trova l’appartamento apponendo l’apposito distintivo che viene rilasciato alla ricezione.
